我住了四天三晚。第三天，房间打扫完毕后，客房服务人员收走了钥匙，但却拒不承认。非常失望。

气氛很尴尬。我问他为什么锁打不开，他说我们不知道怎么开。他好像只住过一次酒店似的，看起来很生气。

酒店很干净，周围有很多好吃的地方。

位置靠近i city购物中心。标准间。不太宽敞。

干净，空调很冷。想要在Hope接受治疗的人非常适合住在这里。

酒店工作人员很友好，酒店保持干净。

I hv been a regular for a few years. breakfast used to be served at the oo restaurant next door where the food served is much better than the Indian restaurant, both in terms of quality, quantity & service. The breakfast served at the Indian restaurant is so terrible, a roti & a cup of coffee or tea worth roughly rm5. The food & service is horrible. if the hotel continues to provide breakfast in the Indian restaurant, Suggest hotel to take away the breakfast & reduce the room pricing accordingly without providing breakfast in order not to tarnish the hotel reputation. room cleanliness has deteriorated as we found a cockroach in the room. bathroom drainage is bad as it is flooded after each shower, water is also leaking from the sink bathroom.

The soundproofing is bad, the hotel is a little bit old, the bedroom door is a bit difficult to open, the AC is not too cold. The location is great and depends on what you are looking to do, near oo cafe and Hope Children Hospital.

Bathroom not convinient as the bidet in a strange position from the toilet seat. One of the old guy (the staff in lobby) was not helpful when being asked about the hot water tutorial.

Standar hotel but nice for rest, near hope children hospital.

Receptionist yang sangat kurang ajar terhadap nasabah. Attitude-nya minus sekali. Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan staf 1 ini. Awal cek in dibilang jam 2, saya dateng jam 2.30. Suruh saya tunggu sampai 2.45. Ternyata kamar belum ready. Sampai kamar dikasih kamar 1 bed. Padahal saya pesan twin bed. Saya menuntut hak saya untuk mendapatkan twin bed sesuai pesanan saya. Tetapi dia ngotot dan tak dikasih. Katanya semua sudah kosong. Padahal saya ada tanya pembantu di atas. Katanya masih banyak kamar kosong yang sudah ready. Hebatnya receptionis ini bisa semena-semena dengan custemer. Katanya dia kerja sudah 15tahun di sini. Jadi dia yang berkuasa. Manager saja tidak berani blg dia. Karena cuma dia 1 orang saja yang mau bekerja di sana. Jadi seenak jidatnya sikap dia sama customer. Sangat-sangat kurang ajar sifat dia terhadap customer. Brni jerit-jerit customer. Semoga pemilik hotel dapat memproses lebih lanjut staff tersebut. Dan dia bercerita kepada teman dia yang botak pakai bahasa daerah. Saya tidak mengerti bhs dia. Tetapi saya tau dia sedang bercerta tentang saya. Tidak disarankan sekali memperkerjakan karyawan seperti itu. Apapun ceritanya. Tidak ada staff yang brni jerit customer. Sangat-sangat kurang ajar! Ketika sudah mau cek out dipagi hr nya. Saya sudah berjalan kluar. Tetapi masih cari mslh sama saya. Ngejar kluar video call dengan manager. Dan diblgnya dia sudah kerja 15thn. Manager pun tidak brni sama dia. Managerny pun tak bisa atur dia. Sudah tak beres staff 1 ini. Brni cari gara-gara sama customer. Sudah banyak komplainan hotel ini buruk gara-gara mempekerjakan staff seperti itu. Mohon dengan sangat kepada pemilik hotel, pekerjakan staf yang ramah tamah. Jangan kurang ajar seperti itu!

Sebenarnya hotelnya bagus, tempatnya strategis dekat tempat jual makanan tapi tidak ada di sediakan sir mineral di kamar dan hari ke dua nginep di sana kamar tidak di bersihkan sementara kunci kamar sudah di titip ke CS.

Hi, the hotel location was OK. It is very near to Waterfall temple (Tanirmalai Temple). However, the traffic congestion towards the hotel is bad. The hotel staff was good, the receptionist helped and assisted us well. The room condition at worst. The furniture is so old. The picture advertised were very deceiving and I think it was the picture took long back and not latest. The room was smelly and the air-conditioning also very old and the remote was not working. TV screen is damaged and the channels were not clear not useful at all. The telephone in the room was like 20 years back and dirty. The worst part is the bathroom, not cleaned. The shampoo provided were not good. Water water heater was not working. We have to bath in cold water. I have complaint to the hotel receptionist, he offered me to change to a smaller room. The bed is at bad condition. Can't sleep well because of bed bugs, and the pillows were so hard, gave my whole family a neck pain. Overall experience is worst. Will never come to this hotel anymore and will never recommend to anybody. The parking is good. If you are planning to stay with family, this is not the hotel for you!

Not good WiFi & bad both room

Worth the money. Me and my family had a pleasant stay . Rooms are clean and comfy and the room rates are very cheap. We got more for what we paid. Only things I wish is they have room service.

Untuk air mandi dari shower tidak ditulis cara pengoperasiannya, untuk WiFi sempat trouble, setelah lapor receptionist bisa kembali.

i'm booking the 2 queen bed room for 4 persons...the room is really big and very comfortable...toilet also very big...staff are friendly...parking space is available but limited...near Taman Botani...quite far from restaurant...but overall was awesome !
