入住體驗很棒。房間乾淨整潔，周圍環境也很好，我喜歡早上出來走走。附近還有很多小吃攤。如果浴室能更明亮一點就更好了，因為現在有點暗，尤其是淋浴區。另外，浴室用品也比較少。其他方面都很棒。

I stayed for one night in a Junior Suite for a staycation. Unfortunately, the first impression was not a warm welcome. On the positive side, I was granted an early check-in at 12:30 PM, which I truly appreciated. Reception did not provide any information during check-in and enrolled me in the Archipelago Hotel Membership without my approval. I only found out after receiving an email confirmation about the membership. The Junior Suite itself did not feel worth the price. The room was relatively small, dusty, and had some insects along with spider webs, which was concerning since I was traveling with my 8-month-old son. The bathtub safety arm/holder was also broken, which made us worried about the risk of falling if we tried to use it. In the afternoon, I went to the swimming pool around 5 PM, but it was closed due to a wedding reception. This was quite disappointing, as there was no prior information about the closure during check-in. During dinner at Dynasty Restaurant, the air conditioning was not cooling properly, and there were mosquitoes, which affected the overall comfort. On the positive side, breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of food, and the taste was excellent. I also appreciated the housekeeping team for their prompt service and warm smiles. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations when compared to the price and services offered.

The building is quite old and definitely in need of renovations. The carpet in the corridor looks very worn out and faded. In my bedroom, there's a power outlet that has come loose from the wall, it's not only unsightly but also dangerous, especially since I'm traveling with a toddler. It should be repaired or at least covered for safety. Another concern is the smoking policy. Although there's a "No Smoking" sign in the lounge area, people are still allowed to smoke there, there's even an ashtray provided at front of the Non Smoking area sign. The emergency exit near my room also has a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which suggests that people are smoking in that area as well. On the positive side, the location is excellent, close to everything you might need. Some of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. One security guard was especially kind and played with my toddler, even giving him a little ride on the luggage trolley in the lobby, thank you for that!
