非常方便又干净的酒店。下次去巴淡岛还会预订。

一切都很好，服务也还可以。

我已经多次入住这家酒店，选择这里的原因在于它的位置以及健身房、健康按摩室等酒店设施。早餐种类丰富，味道也还算可以。

我住的房间，地毯很脏，而且没有好好打扫。空调需要维修，房间里好几个小时都很热。只有晚上才会稍微好一点。

89 Hotel in Batam is one of the best hotels. Their service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best. It's within walking distance to Grand Mall, just across the road, and within walking distance to BCS Mall and many good food eateries around the hotel.

Semua staff-nya sangat ramah-ramah dan sopan. Saya akan kembali ke sini lagi jika ke Batam, akses ke kotanya sangat mudah karena lokasi hotel di tengah kota.

Quite good hotel. Only one thing was unlucky when we were there. The hotel was doing some innovation, so it was noisy at noon time when we were resting.

Been there a few times before Covid, enjoying the sauna and hot water and decided to be back. Sadly, they are doing some cleaning to the sauna room. Adding on, the internet Wi-Fi was not that good. Was there to check emails from my laptop but the Wi-Fi is not reachable, so decided to stay somewhere else. Was there for just 1 night.
