前台发生了几起事件，服务需要改进：我通过应用程序预订房间时，要求的是无烟房，但被安排到了吸烟房。我解释说是因为我带了孩子，但原因是当时酒店很忙。退房时，他们告诉我房间里落了东西，是一个行李锁，问我是否还需要。最后，他们让我回到房间（5楼）去取。结果发现，前台错误地告诉我物品在7楼。之后，我想取回30万印尼盾的押金，因为之前办理退房时，我不得不再次上楼去取他们说落在房间里的物品。实际上，押金已经交给了保安。最后，当我回到前台时，他们让我等保安从楼上下来，因为保安跟着我去了楼上/房间。

89 Hotel in Batam is one of the best hotels. Their service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best. It's within walking distance to Grand Mall, just across the road, and within walking distance to BCS Mall and many good food eateries around the hotel.

Semua staff-nya sangat ramah-ramah dan sopan. Saya akan kembali ke sini lagi jika ke Batam, akses ke kotanya sangat mudah karena lokasi hotel di tengah kota.

Quite good hotel. Only one thing was unlucky when we were there. The hotel was doing some innovation, so it was noisy at noon time when we were resting.
