For the price, the accommodation was comfortable enough. Location is awesome as it is within walking distance to the KB mall. The room was small though; gotta squeeze and find place to pray.

No toothbrush and toothpaste. I stay alone being charged me tourist tax for RM24.

Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, strategis, dekat ke mana-mana, pusat bandar juga, pelayanan baik.

This hotel only good for short stay. Not recommended for long stay like me. I was staying here 1 week. Room not sound proof can hear the noise from roadside & hotel walkways. Easy access to kb mall as this hotel located beside the mall. Many eateries nearby.

Kalau air dah kuning macam tu, imagine the room. Think twice before book.

Ask them if the hotel is ok for oku using wheelchair, they said yes, but when we arrived, it is not, starting from the parking to the room, its hard to use wheelchair, need someone to help lift the wheelchair, and there, only one lift can be use, need to wait longer to arrive room, the room quite bad, toilet smell bad, the floor slippery, at the window, full with birds s**t. For sure will never come again.

One of the most pleasant stay I had for a while. Ms. Ashraf (hope I got her name correct) was very helpful.

Overall it was great for hotel price below 100. Great location and nice staff. Have Naskin Coffee as well at level 1, tasty. P/s: the room space consider small and not suitable for family. If alone or couple consider good.
