Stayed a week at Ibis Novena and the experience was fantastic. Conveniently located at corner of Irrawaddy and Balestier road opposite Zhongshan Mall with supermarket and eateries. It is also about 7 minutes walk to Novena advice on the best time book the hotel and enrolling as a Accor member to enjoy the best rates. The room was clean and well equipped with a premium water filter disposable slippers. A special shout out to Lulu house perperkia wleanr. every day and toiletries are topped up every day. This hotel is reasonably priced with a high level of comfort, convenience and service. Will definitely come back again. 在 ibis Singapore Novena 住了一周，整體體驗非常棒。飯店位置非常方便，位於 Irrawaddy 路和 Balestier 路的轉角，對面是 Zhongshan Mall，裡面有超市和各種餐飲選擇。步行到 Novena MRT Station 也只需約7分鐘。 前台員工非常友善且樂於助人，尤其是 Shila，她熱情地提供了關於何時預訂酒店最划算的建議，並介紹如何註冊成為 Accor 會員以享受最優惠價格。 房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，還配備了高級飲水過濾器和一次性拖鞋。特別感謝客房服務員 Lulu，她每天都會非常認真地徹底清潔房間，並及時補充洗漱用品，服務非常貼心周到。 這家旅館價格合理，同時提供高水準的舒適度、便利性和服務品質。以後一定還會再來。

location is great, near novena MRT. the restroom 🚻 is bad 😔, cos it's small especially with the handicap like me

Harga terjangkau. Area dekat dengan MRT dan mal, sehingga mudah membeli makanan saat malam hari.

Very friendly hotel staff service and brief but okay explanation. Close to the mall, can buy food anytime, close to MRT. Clean room including bathroom, amnemitis in the room is very okay.

Ruangan bersih, toilet juga bersih. Itu yang penting. Ameniti harus minta di receptionis, seperti sikat gigi, sisir dan shower cap. Aturan baru, ada informasi tertulis dalam kamar. Lokasi bagus, dekat dengan mal dan makanan-makanan lokal. Hanya agak jauh bila ke MRT. Naik bus cukup dekat.

Hotel is clean. But the location takes up to 1,5 km to MRT station (not too close)-which not convenient if you carry things or raining.

Hotel a bit old. Our air conditioner broke down, staff were quick to move us to another room. Other than that, okay. Good location.

Bantal yang dipakai di kamar, harusnya sudah tidak layak lagi, karena bau nya luar biasa tidak enak, sampai mau muntah. Untung setelah komplin langsung Diganti yang baru. Namun appreciated waktu kartu debit saya jatuh di lobby, sgr saya di telpon dan wa, sehingga terhindar dari kehilangan.

Too many damage. The electricity socket is broken. From 4 sockets, only 1 sockets can be used. The TV remote is also broken. So I had to call the front desk for their assist with the broken facilities. Fortunately they are quite prompt with it. Internet/Wi-Fi is good.

Very clean and good breakfast.

Before the Guest Check in, better the Housekeeping officer check the Toiletries such as Soap and showering Gel. Luckily I brought my Travel kits, since I arrive at nite so there is anyone to serve the toiletries needs. Others is OK.

I give special credit for the problem solving effort from the team. The room was great, the service was great, and the fascilities was great. Will stay there again in next future.

Hotel ini pas untuk orang yang ada keperluan di MEH Novena, dekat MRT, tempat makan dan super market

Pilihan kamar extra benefit. saya merasa tidak berbeda dengan kamar standard lainnya area dekat dengan localfood court dan supemarket.

Cukup memuaskan, mereka menyediakan dispenser air minum di lorong yang cukup membantu wisatawan di Singapore.

Hotelnya nyaman, tapi sayang sekali makanannya non halal.
