Staf yang ramah dan sangat membantu untuk check in. Makanan untuk sarapan juga banyak pilihan dan enak. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Lain kali akan kembali lagi.

Dont have mineral water served for guest anymore.. and thats so pathetic.. at least put it on like before and increase the room price if the novotel cant affort that mineral water

Good service and the breakfast menu is so complete.

we made a booking at the airport right after we landed in bangka. it was an early check in but they allowed us to keep our luggages for us till the room is ready. we went out for an hour and the room was ready at 12. that's way earlier than what's said on the application at 2. the whole 2N3D stayed was somewhat good. breakfast was almost the same for 2 days tho. Pools big enough. sauna works perfectly. the restaurant was open till 10 so we could fill our bellies without leaving the premises. staff was all cordial and helpful especially the man named Azis. they helped us get a local driver to take us around the city for a good price too. they're very environmentally aware hotel so they don't just provide us stuff to waste so we need to ask in advance. good experience. our flight was at 6pm so we asked for late check out and again they agreed.

Now variety of has come. Good services.

The food doesn't have much variety and it's all the same typical food. Please improve.

2nd time staying here with my family. My kids and wife really enjoyed their stay here. Wi-Fi connection was good, the room was spacious with a connecting room and breakfast was delicious with lots of variety including local cuisine. Will definitely be back again.

Kalau Kamar OKE banget Tapi kolam renangnya kurang baiknya pengunjung d beri handuk untuk berenang layaknya hotel bintang 4 lainnya, dan yang perlu di perhatikan lagi soal rasa masakannya sangat jauh untuk ukuran hotel bintang 4 dengan harga kamar yg lumayan mahal
