这家酒店不是五星级，而是三星半。去市区很方便，也很容易找到餐馆，但外观不太好看。可以接受，但不太推荐。

Location is near to Mahkota Hospital and sea view is very warming.

TV not working properly. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Location is strategic as it is located opposite of the shopping mall, and can choose to walk to the tourist destination I. E. Jonker Walk, a famosa Fort etc.

Very good. We were able to get upgraded. I was able to stay in a suite on the top floor. The view was amazing and it was a great experience.

Pleasant stay at Holiday Inn always. Holiday Inn is our must-stay hotel to end our every trip to Malacca. Clean, comfortable, pleasant surroundings and great breakfast. Kids enjoy the swimming pool and adults like the gym facilities. My only complaint is that, suppose we wish to celebrate our two daughters' birthday during our stay, but the hotel management didn't reply to our email which was sent 7 days in advance. The unfriendly reception told us we have to inform them 3 days before check-in and don't intend to assist us on the arrangement, although I did mention that I already wrote in 7 days earlier and also called the night before. The lady doesn't even want to check with her colleague or check my email.

Long wait for check-in. EV charging lot was occupied by vehicles which were not charging, depirivng other EV drivers from utilizing the charging facility. Management failed to ensure proper usage of the charging lots. Of the 3 lifts, only 2 were working during check-out. Waited more than 10 minutes for the lift which was always full. Had to use the service lift instead as a last resort.

Had a pleasant stay here. Room was clean and tidy. Most importantly, bathroom was squeeky clean too! Also, ample of free parking.:).

Second time staying here … love the view, the environment, the room, the food … will definitely come again. 😊.

Spacious room, nearby to attractions and mall. Free shuttle service.

Check in process was good. Superb and we are allowed to check in early. Our request as mentioned during booking were not fulfilled. The room is clean except the mini bar is not working and at faulty stage. Check out is quite slow since not all counter were open. Overall just ok for the location and breakfast was good.
