这里很棒，我住过两次。

舒适的酒店。酒店提供停车位，方便前往附近的游乐园，但早餐选择不多。

太棒了，超出我的预期。

来这里真是太棒了！下次我还会带家人来。孩子们特别喜欢这种地方。虽然只住了三天两夜，但我还是非常开心。我真心推荐大家来这里。从入住到退房，这里的服务都无可挑剔。早餐也超级棒！留下了美好的回忆☺️

酒店体验很好。附近就有主题公园。食物也非常好吃。

前台工作人员非常棒，特别是Jit和护林员们。我妈妈行动不便，去餐厅不太方便，但护林员们在我们入住的三天里安排车辆接送她往返。

对于小家庭来说，我建议住在这里，因为步行即可到达，而且还能免费获得夜间公园门票。下午4点入住，可以去宠物动物园和水上乐园。 去的时候是旺季，所以人确实很多，不过这已经预料到了。不用排队，为我们节省了很多时间。

体验很好，免费进入夜间公园。只是淋浴水压太低，早餐很简单。

我和朋友们一起去的。晚上我们在温泉里玩得很开心。感觉神清气爽。

我真的很喜欢这里离双威迷失世界主题乐园步行距离！工作人员超级好，他们让我们提前入住，这样我们就可以先把行李放在房间里，然后再去主题公园玩一天！我们还收到了主题公园和水疗中心的优惠券，真的很方便！夜间公园的免费通行证也很棒，如果我们想回酒店，然后免费再去夜间公园。夜间表演是必看的！非常完美，精彩纷呈。这是一次非常棒的体验，我一定会考虑再来😊

房间宽敞干净。空调可以调节冷暖，运行良好。早餐选择也不错，每样都很美味。我们获得了两张免费的温泉票。另外，我们还为儿童额外添加了一张温泉票，享受25%的折扣。

在迷失乐园的体验很棒。地理位置优越，交通便利。员工友好。但房间的无线网络质量很差。

一切都太棒了！我们得到了一张免费的夜间公园门票，还可以提前入住。一定会再来的。

We chose this hotel because it was close to the theme park and we got a free night pass for every night we stayed. Parking was plenty but quite far from the lobby if the parking is full. The staff at the counter was very friendly and recommended us how to plan our night pass entry. We are staying as a couple, so the room is already comfortable for us because we spent most of our day in the theme park. However, I was unable to use the Wi-Fi. The bathroom is okay, but there is no window in the room, so it feels a bit stuffy. Also got a room with the theme park view and managed to view the new year fireworks! Breakfast was quite simple, but it was okay for me, tasted good, and had some differences for different days. I really love the ambiance and decorations. The hotel building looks like a rundown from the outside (I guess because the theme is lost world), but the insides are quite decent. Despite getting in the hotel with wet clothes, I don't smell musty carpet in the lobby nor the elevator. Thank you for the hospitality!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lost World Hotel in Sunway Lagoon, Malaysia. The experience was fantastic, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The hotel offered excellent amenities, and the surroundings were breathtaking. Our trip was truly enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Staff were so friendly and everyone was so accomodating.

2 Adults get free hot spring tickets at night and you get a discount for kids. Use it at night or else you will have to buy a new ticket the next day. Hotel room okay, toilet is clean. Friendly bell boy. Thanks.
