The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It is worth recommendable for guests who prefer a serene place with a nice view. Really loved the sea view from our balcony view. It’s really perfect.

Overall is good, even some of the room looks old.

The room was set up as requested (high floor), and it was looked as shown in the picture. The breakfast was delicious too. Looking forward to stay here again.

Firstly, the check-in experience was very pleasant as we were asked to sit down and the staff went to us to assist on the check-in. Thanks to the reception staff Slamet, we did not have to queue like how other hotels do it (including 5-star hotels). A very good first impression of Angsana. The beach is surprisingly clean and the water is clear; beautiful beach. Food quality was good. The only critic if I have to make is that the food at the restaurants are a bit too pricey. I had expected it to be expensive but it was more expensive than what I imagined it to be. Their staff there greeted guests every time they see them at any time of the day. I must compliment staff Benny for his friendliness and helpfulness to attend to guests' needs and he was very attentive and cheerful; brought smile to kids at the resort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Angsana Resort and I would definitely recommend and come back to this resort again!

Sebuah pengalaman yang tak terduga dari resort yang terawat baik, service yang tiptop, pantai yang luar biasa kerennya. Harga agak sedikit mahal tapi puas.

Suasana alam yang masih asli ditambah dengan pemandangan laut yang luar biasa, pelayanan, Kenyamanan dan makanan sangat cocok untuk libur keluarga atau bulan madu.

Pengalaman pertama saya selama menginap di hotel dipermasalahkan barang hotel di bawa Pulang dengan keterangan yang tidak jelas dari resepsionis sehingga saya malu pada rekan yang saya minta bantu chek out. Karena hal tersebut dan barang yang terbawa pulang adalah sandal hotel yang memang kita tau semua itu adalah hak konsumen secara tidak langsung... akibat dari hal tersebut saya di telpon rekan saya Untuk memutar kembali ke hotel Angsana untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.... apakah itu wajar?

Pelayanannya best. Lokasinya juga bagus banget. Makanan juga enak dan bervariatif
