Bilik luas, selesa dan harga yang murah 😊😍. Tapi lantai tandas perlu dbersihkan kerana licin dan menyediakan selipar tandas yang bersih. Juga perlu sediakan iron yang bole dibawa kedalam bilik bagi memudahkan tetamu.

Kalau awal masok ok, kalau lambat check in, dapat bilik yang x elok.

It is okay for a budget hotel and the staff is friendly. There is no kettle in the room but you can ask from front desk for a deposit of Rm50. The bed is hard and the glass door for the toilet may not comfortable for a family if you travel with your parent.

I booked the hotel because it's cheap for a family room and with elevator. But, there was a power failure and the sole elevator malfunctioned. Our room is at level 4 and my elderly parents had trouble walking up/down the steps. There were no alternative rooms at the lower levels. And the promise to fix the elevator was pretty vague. You have to get filtered water from the receptionist area. No free bottled water. The iron you have to go to level one, they said.

Lokasi sangat menyenangkan, dekat pusat kota dan keramaian. Stafnya sangat ramah. Hotel tidak menyediakan minuman botol, sikat gigi. Yang disediakan hanya handuk dan sabun batangan. Tempat tidur tidak terlalu bersih, keran air kloset tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Remote AC tidak berfungsi, jadi tidak bisa diatur. Yang sangat menyenangkan adalah lokasi hotel yang dekat dengan centre point, pasar malam, tinggal jalan kaki.

Nice place for a budget vacation. Nice staffs. Awesome.

I choose the hotel, because they have elevator, but when I came there, we have tu use stairs, and there is no elevator.

the hotel is good and clean worth for the price, a bit far to the kraft market, pasar gaya and jeselton jetty, need a transport for elderly. overall is ok.

Hotel oke. Berpatutan dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Cuma tiada water heater di dalam bilik. Kena mintak termos di kaunter dan byr deposit RM 20 untuk termos.
