地下室的房間潮濕，到處都感覺濕濕的。空調沒有除濕模式。禮賓部和前台幫忙更換了房間，在解決了所有不便之後，他們提供了非常好的服務。

Staf hotel ramah dan sangat membantu, proses check in cenderung cepat, fasilitas indoor & outdoor activity lengkap dan banyak pilihan, direct access ke pantai Jimbaran, kamar bersih dan luas.

Overall, the stay is good! However, the Jimbaran beach itself is not as enjoyable.

Best experience sih menginap di sini, fasilitas hotel semua lengkap, cocok banget buat staycation bersama keluarga, kids friendly banget, anak-anak bisa berenang sepuasnya di kolam renang, terus juga bisa langsung ke pantai karena pantai persis di belakang hotel. Terus kita bisa menikmati sunset juga sambil makan dan mendengarkan live music. Pokoknya Intercontinental Hotel Resort the best banget 🫶🏻

It was a wonderful experience during our stay at Intercontinental Bali Resort. To Dicky in Taman Gita restaurant, really helpful to our family to guide and suggestions the variety of food that my wife may eat (she is vegan).

Area hotel sangat luas, dilengkapi dengan berbagai macam fasilitas, terutama untuk aktivitas bersama anak. Petugas yang melayani dengan ramah, lingkungan sangat bersih dan terawat. Recommended for family holiday.

We have a great tike here, our little daughter had so much fun and all family member were very satisfied. The staff was very polite and helpful. Even in the late night when we. Complaining about the damp and moist room, because of our daughter very allergic. The staff help us to find another room. We are very thankful of this service.

This hotel is great for honeymoons and family holidays, the location is right on the beach, so you can drink casually while watching the sunset, the service is very good, all staff can speak English and are very professional.

Intercontinental Bali Resort is a very nice hotel. The environment is cozy, nice, and relaxing. We really enjoyed the private beach with the sunset view. We also got a free upgrade to duplex room. Also, we had good breakfast, the Balinese-style pork sausage really hit the spot. One area for improvement, the air conditioner in our room is not cool enough, even though we had set to the lowest temperature (18.5 degree Celsius).
