Best experience sih menginap di sini, fasilitas hotel semua lengkap, cocok banget buat staycation bersama keluarga, kids friendly banget, anak-anak bisa berenang sepuasnya di kolam renang, terus juga bisa langsung ke pantai karena pantai persis di belakang hotel. Terus kita bisa menikmati sunset juga sambil makan dan mendengarkan live music. Pokoknya Intercontinental Hotel Resort the best banget 🫶🏻

It was a wonderful experience during our stay at Intercontinental Bali Resort. To Dicky in Taman Gita restaurant, really helpful to our family to guide and suggestions the variety of food that my wife may eat (she is vegan).

We have a great tike here, our little daughter had so much fun and all family member were very satisfied. The staff was very polite and helpful. Even in the late night when we. Complaining about the damp and moist room, because of our daughter very allergic. The staff help us to find another room. We are very thankful of this service.

This hotel is great for honeymoons and family holidays, the location is right on the beach, so you can drink casually while watching the sunset, the service is very good, all staff can speak English and are very professional.

Intercontinental Bali Resort is a very nice hotel. The environment is cozy, nice, and relaxing. We really enjoyed the private beach with the sunset view. We also got a free upgrade to duplex room. Also, we had good breakfast, the Balinese-style pork sausage really hit the spot. One area for improvement, the air conditioner in our room is not cool enough, even though we had set to the lowest temperature (18.5 degree Celsius).

Kamar persis seperti di foto, luas, nyaman, kolam renang yang luas. Untuk yang cari spot sunset cocok di sini, bisa santai di kolam renang sembari sunset. Akses ke seafood Jimbaran juga sangat dekat, persis di sebelah hotel, tinggal nyebrang lewat pantai saja.

Hotelnya bersih, pelayanan sigap. Mau cerita sedikit, dikondisi seperti ini hotel intercontinental menyediakan layanan jasa klinik maupun dokter yang standby 24jam. Karena saat di sana suami saya sakit, saya langsung telpon emergency di app. Hotel namun mereka dengan sigap menawarkan layanan dokter. 15menit tak lama dokter, suster dan perlengkapan obat ke kamar kami. Suami saya langsung diperiksa dan diberikan obat. Besok suami saya membaik pulih dan kami berwisata kembali keliling Bali. Terima kasih untuk semua staf hotel dan fasilitas yang telah disediakan.
