The ambiance is different. If you want to look for calmness, a beautiful sunset, and to wake up with a sea view, this is the perfect place, and it becomes better with great hospitality from all the staff. Great job. And I just say I'm happy to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and amazing, and the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful during the check-in process. I was able to enter the room before the official check-in time because the hotel was already prepared for me and my family. I booked a room with an ocean view and it was very spectacular. I could hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the sunset view right from my room. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options served a la carte. There were many dinner options as well and the taste was good enough. I am very satisfied stay at Sudamala Resort. Thank you

Unexpectedly nyaman untuk staycation, masih bisa main di pantai walaupun area pantai ga terlalu besar tapi mudah untuk akses ke pantai-pantai (walkable). Selain itu, dekat sekali dengan minimart (2 minutes walk tops) jadi bisa beli berbagai kebutuhan. Overall, makanan resto sangat baik dalam mengakomodir taste mancanegara tetapi kurang untuk taste saya yang suka makanan dan spice nusantara. Overall, excellence service.

AC was not working properly, room was hot and damp, water leak marks on the ceiling. Hotel staff should of checked the room was in order prior to check-in. Offered to exchange room, no upgrade. Promise to follow up for compensation by evening front office staff. No update that evening, no update in the morning. We asked during check out, offerred complimentary transport while I finished packing my bags into our car in front of reception! Reason for now follow up the whole time as the manager was on leave. Disappointing low point of our wedding anniversary trip.

Makanan di restonya enak, kamar nyaman, amenities kamar lengkap, pelayanan baik dan cukup cepat handling complaint, ada complimentary cookie tiap malem. Masukan, tolong dong, botol sabunnya diganti. Pump nya ngga bekerja dengan maksimal, susah keluar sabunnya padahal penuh. Terus, pedagang di area pantai yang cukup insist. Udah nolak baik-baik tapi masih stay. Satu sisi paham sih, perekenomian lagi sulit, pasti terdesak kebutuhan. Tapi cukup mengganggu.

Hotel yang bentuknya resort, tiap kamar punya akses masing-masing menuju pintu kamar sehingga privasi terjaga. Cocok untuk honeymoon maupun bersama keluarga. Makanan di restoran enak semua dan pelayanan staff hotel sangat baik (mulai dari staff resto, resepsionis hingga housekeeping). Saya berlibur membawa anak-anak dan orang tua yang lansia, semua merasa puas dan nyaman. Saya pilih kamar Narmada Sunset, ada bathub dan posisinya menghadap langsung ke laut, dengan view indah! Nilai plus lain, tiap malam staff akan mengantar cookies dan bed time story ke kamar, anak-anak suka sekali. Overall saya suka stay di sini.

Kamarnya bersih nyaman. Enak buat rame-rame karena agak gelap ya. Ada privat pool juga.

Pertama kali menginap di tempat ini. Ga nyangka seharusnya pesan yang garden view tetapi oleh pihak hotelnya di upgrade otomatis jadi yang beach view tanpa harus nambah nilai uang. Thanks banget atas surprise pelayanannya.
