liat di tiktok katanya serem, padahal kamar yg terisi cuma 2 kamar mungkin karena weekday, syahdu yang ada kalo saja hujan mungkin lebih pas, kami akan kembali

Resort yang sangat nyaman bagi yang mencari ketenangan. Hanya saja gerbang jalan yang dilalui sesuai google map di buka sampe jam 21:00. Tidak ada sandal di dalam kamar. Ada baik nya lukisan makhluk hidup yang di kamar ganti dengan lukisan lain.

Overall quite good. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent. Restaurant food was also very good. Front desk was strict about check-out time, which was a annoying given the hotel was clearly not fully booked. That would have been an easy/no cost way to go above and beyond, but unfortunately, it didn't happen. Furthermore, the sound from the nearby mosque was deafening at 4:30am and the room showed its age, with a very broken shower soap/shampoo dispenser. It seems unlikely this could have gone unnoticed before my check-in, so it's disappointing it wasn't fixed proactively.

Staff ramah sekali, dan sangat membantu. Kamar besar dan nyaman. Menu makanan variatif dan enak-enak.

We loved the greenery and nature of this place however, severly under maintained. Rooms are definitley old and untouched. Things that made as weary were the beds(old and springs are poking our bodies), cheap pillows with bad cotton inside, dirty and old curtains, old bath tubs that possibly needs a lot of bleaching treatment and better lighting in the toilet, unhygienic sinks where the water is exposed so we brushed our teeth with mineral water. Bending doors that don’t close properly. Walls between rooms are definitely too thin, we could hear the couple behind us even snoring. We couldn’t expressively enjoy our time because we had to be extra quiet because the walls are too thin. The ponds are definitely mosquito centre, it doesn’t circulate and very still. It’s the staff who made it better, they are actually very friendly and professional. The food was also decent tasting and prized so that was a plus for us but for the rest of it, Sapulidi really needs to compete better in this new age, so you can have your name big and better again. Semangat ya!

ketidakstabilan air panas .... tapi ada fasilitas perahu dayung bagi ank2yang ingin bermain perahu masih seruuu tetapi tetap harus didampingi orangtua ya. seru karena menyatu dengan alam. akses yang agak muter2 saat grabcar ingin menjemput. sarapan : nasi timbel, nasi goreng kampung (pake ebi wangi), nasi goreng telurnya jg enak, mie tek teknya jg pas disantap di tengah suasana dingin. S,ukses selalu untuk sapulidi resort. 🙏😍

Staff were friendly and attentive. The surroundings were beautiful and relaxing. A lovely weekend away!

The resort shows its age, seems it's not maintained. The bed mattress is old and not comfortable with a strange smell.
