酒店不是很大，但是很舒适，价格也很实惠。

Beruntungnya dpt upgrade kamar yg super cozy ..

Menginap 2 hari di sini. Pesan 2 room. Pas check in dapat upgrade ke suite dong, 2 kamar dalam 1 bangunan. Kamar-nya luas ada mini pool-nya. Akses ke jalan utama sangat mudah dekat dengan KFC dan Starbucks. Next kalau ke Bali menginap ke sini lagi

Buat saya, terbaik ini karena saya menyukai konsep villa-hotel. Kamar nyaman, tidak bikin paranoid seperti hotel lantai 100. Lokasi strategis. Minusnya gak dapat breakfast saja, but it’s okay.

The room was very spacious-a rarity nowadays-and tremendously clean. Shower and water taps ran strongly. Guests can request housekeeping anytime. The hospitality was great too. One can't simply find any faults with this hotel. Would definitely come back!

Tempatnya bersih dan fasilitas poolnya oke, makanan juga enak.

Bagus sekali, sesuai dengan foto, menu sarapan juga enak, pokoknya puas.

Saya menggunakan kamar suite untuk 3 hari, fasilitas kamar cukup baik tetapi untuk kebersihan kamar perlu ditingkatkan, WiFi kurang bagus dan yang paling penting sarapannya dingin dan kurang variatif.

Staffnya kurang ramah, lebih ramah dengan tourist asing di banding orang asli indonesianya, overall untuk kamar sih oke.

Petugas front desk saat check-in tidak ramah, breakfast kurang pagi, sarung bantal berbau tidak sedap, harga extra bed mahal, AC kamar utama tidak dingin, terdengar suara berisik dari kamar lain, pengalaman tidak menyenangkan di hotel ini, dan tidak akan kembali lagi kesini.

Staying here only one night, and it feels good, i love the design of the Villa (cozy and not boring) and my room too as well, tv in it, small freeze, aircon working really well, the bed frame, the pool, and the staff is kinda friendly and smily, oh yeah there is a hair dryer in bathroom so it might be a nice bonus for the girls, but the air sucker on the top of the shower didn't work so need to fix it. And the breakfast on the restaurant was nice.

What's bothering me was, I told them that, my room was run out of tissues. I don't know why my request was not met (because of 'low season condition'?). Air condition was in minimum condition. Almost no convenient store around. Although, overall cleanliness is ok, overall friendliness of staff is ok. Not really value for money, too bad. Need improvements.

Tempatnya bagus cuma sayang dapat kamarnya paling belakang tidak ada view nya tapi semuanya ok kalau ke Bali lagi pasti pilih hotel ini...

Nice staffs and location. Very helpful. Only problem is with washroom, as it blocks daily and you must approach them for repair
