服務人員友善，房間乾淨整潔，空調冷卻效果好，泳池也很棒。然而，昨天我預訂了樓上的房間，但即使我提前辦理了入住，等了很久也沒能如願，儘管其他客人已經入住了。原因是我預訂了鏡面裝飾畫，但當時還沒做好，我到的時候鏡子還沒出現。所以我很困惑，不知道該等什麼。前門的燈看起來搖搖欲墜，因為膠水都脫落了。陽台的燈也很暗。我的房卡有一段時間刷不了，原來是電池沒電了，所以我不得不通知技術人員。不過總的來說，景色非常迷人。 早餐種類豐富，而且很齊全。珍珠粥是我吃過最好吃的。這裡的亮點是點心和壽司，種類繁多，味道絕對一流。

可以透過其他路線或普恩恰克公路到達這裡。服務非常棒。我的別墅空調漏水，吹風機也壞了，這些問題很快就解決了。目前為止一切都很好。下次有機會，我想至少住兩晚。這裡環境優美寧靜。

服務真是太糟糕了，我和孩子們很晚才從別墅去遊樂場，天氣很熱。我一個小時前打電話要了一輛嬰兒車，結果沒人來取，真是太失望了。夠了，以後再也不來了，謝謝。

Overall, my stay was great! The staff were friendly, and the surroundings were top-notch. I would love to go back again if I have the opportunity. The only downside for me personally was the food. Unfortunately, the hummus I ordered through in-room dining was spoiled. During breakfast, the corner with condiments (or specific items) was empty, and staff only refilled it after guests mentioned it, even though it was just 8:30 a.m. I hope there will be improvements in this area, as everything else was truly enjoyable.
