The TV is way too small, the lamps were flickering, the bed & pillows are too hard, the carpet got stains, the shower head is broken (please replace the shower head so others can enjoy using it properly!).

Lama tunggu bilik siap. Ye2 je kelam kabut ke hotel jam 2 check in. Tapi kena menunggu sampai 3 lebih baru bilik siap.

The toilets at your coffee house do not have any toilet papers and lights were off which include our room - just one miserable one quarter toilet paper for 4 persons to use in a family room and no extras available (probably most of the staff are on the festive holiday and just a handful working). The room smells dampness, extremely hot and very stuffy when entered, the air-conditioned took more than an hour to cool the room - miserable 1.5 hp wall hung air conditioner; also could hear other hotel guests chatting loudly in the late night likely they have just checked in as our room was just 2 door away from the lift.

the room is quite spacious but the bathroom floor so slippery where I fall down once.. luckily noting happen..

Susah nak cari kedai makan area hotel n time breakfast dekat hotel air sejuk pom ada, makanan pom xbnyk.

Staff mesra dan memberi keterangan dengan jelas, bilik yang kemas dan bersih, penginapan berhampiran dengan bandar, menu sarapan yang sesuai dengan semua umur.

Adequate for sleep and shower.

Overall ok. we satisfied with their service. Room, breakfast all i can give 8/10. Plus we get -15% when purchase Rm80+. Thanks!

No water bottle and toothbrush set provided in room. The room only have one plug and room is too dark. When booking, hotel stated free parking but the parking slot need to put coupon, when ask the staff for coupon, the lady staff not friendly and say if our car got any summons, they will pay. Won't recommend at all.

Keseluruhannya harga bilik memuaskan.Tapi yang tidak berapa selesa yang mana waktu malam banyak nyamuk dan saya juga terbau asap rokok.
