great location and clean room

Dari hotel 2 menit ke kedai makan indonesia....tenang tidak berisik karna suara kendaraan di luar tidak masuk sampai dalam,next saya dtang lagi

Bagus. Bersih. Air kamar mandi kencang. Lokasi sangat strategis. Dekat banget ke Pavilion dan MCD Bukit Bintang. Naik transportasi umum juga dekat banget. Rekomen deh. Bisa isi air minum refill sepuasnya. Mantap.

TV not working, very small room and no window.

I stayed at Chaos Boutique Hotel because of the location. The location is very good. The room is small but comfortable for me and my daughter. I stayed in the room without windows. All good, but there are no clothes hangers in the bathroom.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had no hot water you in the shower and a loud motor noise in the room.

Location is very perfect, near to Pavilion, Starhill & Fahrenheit. And thanks to staff I got to check in early! One thing I dislike is. The smell of the room without window. I had to buy my own glade air freshener for my room cause I really can't stand the smell. And the pipe bidet in my room was also leaking.

2 Times changing room. Ac not working. Room 68 ac not working. Moving to room 58. Toilet so dirty. Room so dirty. Cockroch everywhere. Stuff working smartass. This hotel should closing down.

Good location to stay. So close from pavilion and bukit bintang. Perfect!

The location is within walking distance to touristic Star Hill, exit gate of MRT, shopping mall and culinary spot. Good design of minimalist room but comfortable. It is pleasant stay.

Lokasi sangat oke, tapi kamar kecil banget dan spreinya butek 😌 bukan abu-abu lagi, tapi abu-abu tua. Terus saya gatel-gatel tidur di kasurnya, jadinya harus pakai alas lagi buat tidur.

The photos are absolutely the same as real room. I got room 302 with wall window. Room a bit small but worth the price with fantastic location. And I got late check out until almost 1pm for free 👍

1. They charge you another extra money without telling you first. They told you to give them “deposit money” at the first time, so you expected to get the money back. But when you checked out, another staff told you that it was a “tourism charge” so you didn’t get the money back. 2. You won’t get any hotel services here. The employee was too busy playing mobile phone. 3. The room was dusty.

Excellent location! The staff is friendly and welcoming! It covers all the necessary items for a hotel stay. :)

Airnya tidak panas, kamar gelap, kamar sempit, WC banjir, lokasi strategis, hanya saja kurang memuaskan.

Not so friendly staff, air-conditioning not working well, the room is warm. Window room very noisy even at 2am midnight, can hear people shouting outside and shop next door were doing grinding renovation midnight.

the hotel location is great and walk in distance to many shops and so near to pavillion mall. but they need to be improved their service especially the Housekeeping service. when they HK staff clean my room, it seem that they only clean up the garbage trash, change the towel and add on the bathroom amenities. because I still find the dirty coffee glass not been wash or replace, the empty shampoo tubes during my stay still there, the stain on toilet bowl from the urine still there, and I stay for 5 nights where they never change the bed sheet. well, I hope they change the sheet when I was checking in. but the receptions were nice and helpfull. I don't mind to stay again in term of location and hopefully they can improve the HK service
