飯店不錯，佔地面積不大，但很溫馨，而且離主街也不遠，附近有24小時洗車場，飯店對面還有一家24小時營業的小餐館（當地人叫warteg），可以免費看YouTube。早餐是點餐式的，不是自助餐。總的來說，短途旅行很合適。在商務區來說，價格也相當實惠。

前台服務態度差… 退房時間過長。

員工服務態度好，房間也不錯，但枕頭太薄了。

proses cek in yg terhitung lama padahal lagi sepi pengunjung yg check in Ac Panas, awalnya di katakan karna kamar baru di gunakan jadi diharuskan menunggu 15-30 menit, tetapi sudah menunggu 1 jam masi panas seperti sedang sauna Bau air kran / shower seperti bau air kolam ikan, padahal sudah mengikuti intruksi menyalakan selama 10 menit tetapi masi bau seperti air kolam ikan. 1 1 nya yang bagus pelayanannya adalah security yang humble dan cekatan sungguh mengecewakan untuk ukuran hotel ☆3 di jaksel

The water from the shower & tap smells like sewage. The room is not soundproof. I heard loud noises from outside while trying to sleep at night. When I was checking out at 8 am, there was no one at the reception desk, so the security guard helped me check out.

Air kamar mandinya bau telur busuk, wifi ngelag, smart TV sering error, reconnect wifi sendiri. Hotel ga recommend.

overall semuanya baik, cuma sudah 2 kali dalam satu tahun ini menginap disini problemnya di air keran yang berbau tidak sedap walaupun dari warna bersih. please check your plumbing system or your clean water supply system.

What I absolutely love about this place: - The location: It’s super convenient—close to SCBD, Kemang, Mampang, Gatot Subroto, and Kuningan! - The room: So spacious and clean, making it a really comfortable stay. - The rooftop balcony: We got a room on the 3rd floor, which meant easy access to the rooftop. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy a smoke or take in the city views! - The staff: They’re incredibly friendly and always ready to help—definitely adds to the warm vibe! - The room rates: It’s such a great deal for the location and size of the rooms; you really can’t beat it! What could use a little improvement: - We had a room facing the street, which made it a bit tough to sleep well due to the traffic noise. A room farther from the street would be perfect! - The towels could use an upgrade; they’re looking a bit worn out. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back (this time, we’ll ask for a quieter room)!

Airnya bau got, kotor, dan kami sampai tidak mandi, mandi pakai tissue basah saja. Sampai beli galon Le Minerale untuk sikat gigi.
