酒店员工很友好，因为我带了孩子，所以他们照顾得非常周到。 房间总是很干净，别墅的庭院也很干净。 如果我再去巴厘岛，我还会住在这里。

住了两晚。 我女儿非常开心，我们免费进入动物园，想什么时候去就什么时候去。 工作人员非常友好热情。 为了庆祝结婚纪念日，我要求他们提供装饰，结果他们免费提供了。 夜晚的氛围很棒，宁静祥和。 如果你带孩子来巴厘岛，一定要住在Sanctoo酒店，以后一定会再来的。

我们预订了Sanctoo，因为离动物园很近，所以回房间小憩一下非常方便！房间宽敞干净。唯一的缺点是卫生间和浴室的门锁不严实，而且玻璃也只是部分遮挡，所以隐私性比较差，尤其是带孩子入住的话！非常感谢Mirah、Ugi和Kadek等热情友好的工作人员。我还看到工作人员对不讲理的客人也非常友好。服务态度非常好。

员工友好。价格合理。家庭房宽敞。

酒店房间很宽敞。我们订的是一间可直接通往泳池的房间>>>超级喜欢！！！

Was great to stay at sanctoo hotel

Di atas ekspektasi sih ini. Salah satu hotel yang sangat berkesan buatku. Sangat sesuai dengan harga. Cakep banget viewnya, kamarnya besar dan bersih kamar mandinya luas kasurnya empuk dan rekomen banget kamar yg suite pool access kalo ada waktu dan kesempatan next time pasti kesini lagi lebih lama 👍

One of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. The staff service was excellent. Fast check-in process, clean room, amazing view from the riverside villa bedroom. The room also included Bali Zoo ticket access and breakfast at the Cassowary Restaurant. So no worries while waiting for the room, we still can access the zoo, which is fun and amazing. Last but not least, the breakfast is good, the service is good, and we can enjoy the view of cassowary birds from the restaurant. Definitely, we will go back here soon! ✨

Hotel yang sangat ramah anak. Dapat free akses ke Bali Zoo. Area hotel yang sangat bersih dan staff yang sangat helpful. Kamar sangat luas dengan penataanya yang sedemikian rupa dan rapi. Balkonnya nyaman dan ada jemurannya. Kolam renangnya bersih & ada part buat bermain anak. Makananya enak dan bervariasi. Rekomended hotel jika libur ke Bali bersama keluarga

Pengalaman pertama menginap di sini dan next pasti akan kembali lagi. Tidak ada kurang satu pun selama menginap di sini. Sangat puas dari pelayanan yang sangat ramah dan kamar yang luas serta balkon kamar dengan pool view yang bagus. Kebersihan kamar dan area hotel sangat terjaga dan akses ke zoo sangat dekat. First time to stay here at my first day arrive at Bali. The hotel quite nice, as I arrived around 8 PM, I still can get welcome drink. The staff friendly, the room is quite spacious with balcony, with the view of pool. When I arrived my nextdoor is too noisy, I asked the staff for helped and they handle it quite well. The breakfast is OK, need more variants of menus, and the interesting is we can have breakfast while seeing the cassowaries, as the cage place, beside the restaurant. It's free enter to the Bali zoo and free photo session. It's a nice experience to stay here.

Sangat menyenangkan staycation di sini. Anak-anak sangat senang bisa langsung liburan ke Bali Zoo.

Ubud is Bali’s sanctuary. Staying here is relaxing and quiet. The food in Ubud is amazing! The zoo is nearby and received a shortcut way to enter the zoo if staying in Sanctoo. Overall, it's a great experience!

Hotelnya bersih, kamar luas, kolam renang anget, ke Bali Zoo tinggal jalan kaki. Anak-anak happy banget. Sayang harus check out subuh-subuh karena dapat pesawat pagi banget. Ga bisa breakfast, tapi tetap dikasih box isi roti, jus, sama buah. Next kalau ke Bali bakal nginep sini lagi.

Top banget dari hotel bisa langsung ke bali zoo dibelakang hotel persis. Makasi Sanctoo untuk pengalaman yang seru.

Part of Bali Zoo, jadi bisa masuk sepuasnya ke Bali Zoo tanpa bayar lagi. Pilihan makanan di restonya sedikit pada saat breakfast. Kolam renangnya bagus, anak-anak akan sangat suka.

It was amazing! It 's my first time here and I gotta say they have one of the best hospitalities in Bali ans I stayed in a lot of Bali hotels before. Food was amazing as well. I wish I could stay longer. Definitely will come back!
