1. 工作人員在辦理入住時非常熱情周到。 2. 房間和浴室都很乾淨。 3. 空調和熱水供應正常。 4. 飯店提供瓶裝水、毛巾和肥皂。

起初我像往常一樣辦理了入住，但前台/值班人員沒有主動提出幫忙搬運行李，儘管我帶了兩個孩子。這家旅館的假期一開始就非常可怕，因為我把房卡帶進了衛生間，結果浴室門打不開。我試著用房卡開門，最後門開了，但鑰匙斷了。在嘗試用房卡開門之前，我已經大聲呼救，但沒有工作人員幫忙。最後飯店竟然要我支付5萬的更換費用。這不只是錢的問題，而是帶著一個4歲的孩子被鎖在浴室裡這段難忘的經歷。

Tempatnya bersih, kamarnya luas. Order sarapan bisa banget, resepsionisnya ramah. Kolam renangnya juga bersih banget, kamar mandinya bersih dan ada 2 shower dan ada yang indoor juga, pokoknya recommended banget.

Lovely big bed and bedroom with A/C. I enjoyed a swim in the pool. Nearby beach with restaurants on the seaside! Lovely, friendly staff. The hotel has a long driveway off the main road, so quite and private area. Safe parking for my bike.

AC tidak dingin TV rusak semoga ke depannya bisa lebih baik.

Staff ramah. Saya memesan 2 kamar, air shower nya mati dan yang satu lagi kecil sekali. Ac kurang dingin, dan lampu kamar redup sekali. Harap di follow up lagi mslh fasilitas kamarnya karena menurut saya dari lokasi dan area parkir serta swimming pool nya sudah membuat nilai plus untuk hotel ini.

Tidak ada air mineral yang di sediakan di kamar.

Basic accommodation, with plenty of hot water, ye the aircon was not cool enough. It ' s a cottage style with some privacy. No bottled water was provided, but Alfamart was close by.

This accommodation is suitable for solo travelers, couples and families. I was originally staying in a superior room which I found small, dark and without any storage space or fridge. I upgraded to a pool side room which was much spacious and had good natural light. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, there was adequate storage space and there was a fridge. The included breakfast was basic, however it was tasty, not having a restaurant at the hotel is disappointing. The hotel is located close to both Lovina and Seririt.

Kamarnya jorok, kloset tidak berfungsi dan lampunya setiap setengah jam mati. Setelah komplain ke resepsionis akhirnya kamar kami di pindah.

Lampu penerangan untuk akses masuk ke bangunan hotel masih kurang. Showernya perlu diperbaiki. Bau kamarnya kurang wangi
