This is my fourth stay. I think that explains it all haha

1) Location very far from Georgetown. 2) check in requesting lots of data including email address? 3) check out at 11am ya, late rm50 charges? 4) Iron board bended terribly hardly to be used. 5) Maintenance staff when requested to come to room - 2x calling waiting nothing happened, lastly going down to lobby to get the services done. 6) The swim pool cold water. 7) Sauna /steam room have to wait 2 - 4 hours to get the heated room ready. 8) The beach not so attractive for swimming. Not even being beautified. 9) Few lift being shut down at night. And lift quite slow too. The only thing chosen this hotel because of family vacation that need 2 king bed and private pool in a room. So far all good, staff friendly, service only unable to provide plate, spoon & fork. They are giving disposable but limited request.

Very fast, two nights in the hotel were gone. Very relaxing in the hotel, but surrounding the hotel, there aren't many restaurants that can let my kids eat. But that breakfast has many choices depending on the Port Dickson Lexis Suite.

Masa kami sampai, cuaca ketika itu tidak dalam keadaan baik. Sekeliling hotel sangat berangin sehinggakn pihak hotel terpaksa menutup pintu utama dan beberapa keping bumbung berterbangan. Saya sangat bertuah kerana staff yang bertugas ketika itu memudahkan segala proses c.in dan membantu saya mengangkat barang - barang walaupun keadaan cuaca ketika itu sangat menakutkan. Kemudian, kami terus naik ke bilik kami ( 905 ). Ketika masuk ke bilik, semuanya kelihatan ok tetapi ada bau yang kurang menyenangkan. kami sekeluarga mencari bau tersebut dan ternyata baunya datang daripada tandas dengan bau hancing yang sangat kuat. Selain itu, keadaan koridor sebelah kolam renang jgk kotor dengan sampah. Selain itu, pintu tutup ke bilik air jugak ada yang terkoyak, peti sejuk yang suhunya kurang sejuk dan alat kawalan jauh television yang kurang berfungsi. Saya terus menelefon operator dan meminta tandas dibersihkan secepat mungkin dan kami terus keluar makan. Balik daripada makan malam, tandas tidak lagi berbau. Masa kami mandi kolam, ada sampah di buang daripad penghuni bilik lain..kami kecewa

Great stay with value of money.

Staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is wide and varries. Room had a private sauna and pool which was comfortable. Hotel 10 min drive from airport which is really nice.

There was a blackout during the night of our stay from 12am to 5.30am. Staffs weren't very helpful with no contingency plan. No gesture of remorse shared with the affected guests. Upon inquiring, they only offer extra one hour stay, which could not compensate for the loss of enjoyment for the cost we paid for.

If my family go to go Penang, we will stay in Lexis. Imazing hotel.

Kamar besar. Ada steam room. Ada mini swimming pool. Cocok buat keluarga.

My kids really enjoyed the pool. Kejap-kejap terjun kolam, lepas tu mandi bath tub pulak. Dekat level 8 ada kids world (indoor playground) yg children boleh main for free. Also got few indoor games like jenga, chess, dam & few more. Breakfast spread was just so-so in my opinion. On our 2nd day going for breakfast, food was not top up quickly, probably due to heavy traffic. Would appreciate if Lexis could provide more variety to the pastries too. Anyway, recommended to family with kids.

Staff hotel ramah, kamarnya nyaman dan besar. Pantai hanya untuk dilihat saja karena airnya tidak jernih.

Bilik luas, cantik dan selesa. Private pool yang best. Tapi i) bathroom bila mandi air keluar ikut bawah pintu..abis la melimpah keluar..basah lantai luar. ii) Air conditioner tak sejuk..bila malam lagi rasa tak sejuknya walaupun ada kipas. Berpeluh-peluh dan tak lena tidur. iii) Breakfast kena beratur tunggu turn meja kosong. Jumlah meja makan tak mencukupi. Selepas dah dapat meja nak makan pun rasa cekik sebab orang ramai dok tunggu turn. Tak dapat menikmati makanan. Menu banyak tapi tak sempat nak makan sebab kita ada otak dan berakal, Kasihan ramai yang beratur tunggu giliran. Bayaran satu kepala untuk breakfast kalau ada add on punya mahal. So tak sepatutnya breakfast bersesak dan beratur. Tak sepadan dengan rate hotel dan rate breakfast per head mahal
