下午3:30之後房間還沒準備好。整棟大樓和房間都非常破舊。設施也亟需升級。窗簾破損嚴重。枕頭邊角有很多污漬。海灘和景觀維護得很差。無邊際泳池狀況也很糟。泳池水質也令人擔憂。

房間空間不錯，海景和泳池都很棒，是拍攝絕美海灘照片的理想地點。不過，浴室的馬桶沖水不太順暢，加水也比較慢。飲料種類有限，只有兩小瓶水，迷你冰箱裡空空如也。整體來說還不錯。

我們在貴度假村度過了非常愉快的時光。服務熱情周到，餐飲也無可挑剔。房間擁有絕佳的泳池和海景，簡直是夢寐以求的度假勝地。請繼續保持你們的優質服務。萬分感謝！

非常適合短程度假的度假村

風景優美。泳池又大又漂亮，海景也很棒。房間還不錯，床很大，我很喜歡。 唯一的缺點是打乒乓球要收費。這是我第一次遇到打乒乓球還要收費的狀況。其他活動也要收費，但還能接受。 不過，泳池和兒童房是免費的。

整體來說還可以，員工禮貌友善。 讓我們感到不愉快的是浴室的狀況，它的地面和房間的地面齊平， 所以水會從浴室流到外面（房間那邊）。非常髒亂。

員工非常友好，待人友善。

Good place to stay.perhaps can improve the cleanliness in toilet area.

I had a very unpleasant stay. The room was not clean – the floor had a lot of hair, and the bed seemed to have mites. After sleeping, my legs were swollen and itchy, which made me very uncomfortable. Cleanliness and hygiene need serious improvement before I could consider staying here again. Breakfast spread was good and serving nice pastries.

The room curtain was too old and torn. The water flush was not functioning well. The water pressure was very slow and the water heater was not working well.

This hotel just near the beach, the cleanliness is out, from the floor till bedsheet, floor full with dust, sand etc, smelly pillow. We had to cover the pillow with our extra cloth to sleep. I hope hotel mgt can look into it seriously as the rating for this hotel is 4star. We will come again just for the beach.

Old hotel, on going renovation. Hopefully after renovation, the room appear fresher with fully carpet floor, new bed as our bed frame broken

The bathroom dirty. Not to repeat even though the pool was good for kids.

Unpleasant stay. They need to change everything. Floor mould, bathroom also bad. Bed is the worst. Smelly cadar, smelly sarung bantal. Bau kepam 😓.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Expected from 4/5 star hotel in terms of facilities. The room we were assigned to a bit of a dissappointment.

Very good hotel to stay, the staff was very good, helpful and always smile, the hotel was nice exterior and interior, very large room with reasonable price and got private beach. Recommended 5 stars for you all

The room a lot of ANTS everywhere even to the bed.

The bedsheet and the comforter so dirty they didn't change when we check in, some more the next day 11am before we check out our room is black out we call the receptionist to fix the electricity but nobody come until we need to check out, pay expensive for this hotel but not worth it 😤 its too bad.
