房間很乾淨，而且相當涼爽。

飯店服務很好，員工也比較友善。前台和清潔人員都非常熱情。我入住的是204號房間，房間乾淨舒適，雖然面積不大，隔音效果也普通。飯店地理位置優越，靠近兩個地鐵站和公車站。步行12分鐘即可到達穆斯塔法中心，步行6分鐘即可到達阿佩里亞購物中心。我強烈推薦這家酒店！

非常物超所值。我比入住時間早到，把行李寄存在飯店後四處逛逛，回來的時候行李已經送到房間了。前台工作人員非常友善熱情，而且樂於助人。房間乾淨整潔，還配備了智慧電視。飯店離文德米爾地鐵站和勞明達地鐵站都很近，甚至步行不到10分鐘就能到穆斯塔法地鐵站。下次可能會考慮入住。謝謝！

I got a bit anxious from reading online reviews in multiple platforms, but experienced only good things from my stay! The front desk staff and manager were friendly and helpful! They responded to our needs professionally, I left my baggage to explore the city on my last day and they kept it securely along with other guests' baggages. Minutes before the check-out time, they remind us to ensure that we check-out in time. Room is also soundproof from noises outside of the building, but activities in the corridor can sometimes be heard (knocking other room's door, people chatting with relatively loud voice, or vacuum cleaner sounds). The room size is decently comfortable for 2 people with a big space for big luggage (I was in Room 101). Cleanliness definitely wasn't a problem for me as someone who's really sensitive about hygiene, my room was really clean and cozy. However, some facilities require more attentive maintenance, such as uneven bathroom floor surface, loose shower tap, and damp wallpapers. But overall, I'm satisfied with my stay!

It seems we're expected to much of the standard of 'Singaporean friendliness' Unfortunately, that same standard clearly didn’t apply to cleanliness. Several areas, particularly the restaurant bench, elevator, some spot in the bedroom were noticeably dirty — with visible stains, dust, and grime, the lack of basic cleanliness was disappointing

Hotel dengan kamar yang nyaman dan bersih, tidak berisik, staf hotel ramah, terdapat lift, bisa nitip koper jika setelah check out.. check in dan check out cepat. air mineral setiap hari diberikan 2 botol, dekat halte bis sekitar 2 menit, dekat stasiun bendeneer sekitar 5-7 menit, depan hotel ada resto halal yg buka 24 jam. harga cukup murah dengan lokasi yg baik..sangat direkomendasikan

The room is a bit too cold, and since the AC is centralized, I couldn’t really turn it down. But other than that was nice.

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí rất thuận tiện, gần khu ăn uống, gần bến xe buýt với vài bước chân, khá gần trạm mrt Lavender. Nhưng lưu ý khi đặt phòng trên app mình chọn phòng có cửa sổ, nhưng tới khi nhận phòng thì lại là phòng ko có cửa sổ. Lễ tân có nói lý do là phòng deluxe có cửa sổ chỉ có 2 phòng. Nên ai tới trước thì lấy phòng trước, còn trễ thì lấy phòng ko có cửa sổ. Khá hụt hẵng, do đã tối và không thể đổi phòng do đã full phòng. Cho nên tạm chấp nhận do phòng cũng khá sạch sẽ. Cho nên a chị e nên lưu ý khi đặt ks này. Khách sạn cũng khá cũ, nên a chị e lưu ý.

All great, especially the staff they're so friendly, but the distance from nearest MRT station might be considered if you bring alot luggage

Really love their amenities 🫶. It’s near to met & bus station. If you come from airport , you can reach this place easy by mrt or bus, It you wanna go to Kuala Lumpur by bus , mostly the pick up point is in lavender or Kitchener compleks which is in walking distance to this hotel. There is many restaurant Around . 3 days meals just in the corner . Surely will come back again .
