我一開始有點擔心，因為我晚上11點左右才到曼谷。但得知可以延後入住後，我就放心了。飯店不需要押金，而且位置就在水門市場旁的小巷裡。早餐包含在房費裡，前台工作人員都很友好，也推薦了一些旅遊景點和最佳交通方式。飯店乾淨舒適。不要對經濟型飯店抱有過高的期望，只要能休息安全就好。

我下午五點左右辦理了飯店入住，洗了個澡，準備了一些要做的事情，大約六點就退房了。前台接待員似乎有些擔心，問我房間裡是不是有什麼問題讓我這麼早就退房了。我說沒有，一切都很好。我拿了500泰銖的退房費離開了飯店。這跟飯店本身無關，我只是需要在別的地方辦點事，需要飯店提前做好準備。 這家飯店的優點是：房間雖小但很舒適，而且靠近Pratu Nam的傳統市場。飯店應該要改進英文指示牌，因為飯店位於一條小巷裡，我繞了兩圈才找到。

Full of cockroaches. Big and baby cockroaches were everywhere, like literally everywhere. Like hundreds of them, they were at the table bar, above the bedboard, sink, wall, bathroom, floor, and were running all around you all the time. Had to cover all the tumblers and kettle inside plastic so it didn't get dirtied from the cockroaches. Don't forget to put your toothbrush inside the bag after you used it, or else the baby cockroaches will pass your toothbrush and run on it, Though I had put the 'make up room' sign outside the door, the room still wasn't made up. When I complained, they only took the rubbish without changing the plastic, but well, at least they gave the new towels, The breakfast only had cereals with milk (stars and corn), bread with margarine and strawberry jam (no toaster), vegetable biscuits, hot tea, and plain water. I stayed for 3 days. Overall. sorry and Thank you

Lokasinya sangat strategis untuk berbelanja karna dekat dengan pasar pratunam, december, platinum fashion mall, big c supercenter rachadamri. Selain itu, di sekitaran hotel juga terdapat minimarket seven eleven untuk membeli kebutuhan makanan ataupun perlengkapan laiinya. Staf sangat helpful dan ramah.

I always stay at Cloud 9 if I go to Thailand. Everything is good, the room is always clean, and the bathroom is clean.

The location is really good! Because it's near Pratunam Market, and also 7-Eleven. I love this hotel and the receptionists are too nice. I have one friend (I forgot her name) 😭 but she's so nice 😭 (morning shift). I wish all the best for her, 🤎 and I really recommend this place 10/10.

Lokasi strategis dekat kemana mana banyak makanan dan ada dekat sevel.

Secara lokasi strategis, meskipun masuk ke gang. Pelayanan ramah dan lancar berbahasa inggris. Kami bisa menitipkan koper setelah masa check out, sebelum ke tempat selanjutnya.

The cockroach everywhere in the room. But the location is very good plus the price is cheap

The location is tricky to find. Kind of hidden place. But, when we find it. It's really easy to reach from any direction. Suggestion, need to put the hotel logo in front of the alley. It was covered with other logo. And I love the hospitality, for sure. Thank you.

Staff-nya sangat amat ramah. Kami diperbolehkan check in awal karena ada kamar yang siap. Lokasi pas di Pasar Pratunam, jadi nyaman untuk belanja.

Walaupun lokasinya agak tersembunyi, tetapi hotelnya nyaman. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu. Lokasi berada di area Pratunam. Dekat ke kereta bandara.

The room to small, but the place really good to go everywhere and really close to Pratunam Market, the receptiont pretty nice, overall not to bad.

Staff hotel pagi-malam oke. Staff yang jaga di malam hari kebanyakan tidur dan kurang friendly.
