Everything is clean and comfortable if you want to stay and chill, and the Wi-Fi is so good. There are restaurants and a garden near the hotel, and the staff are so friendly and respectful ❤️

Overall OK, but the toilet pipe was leaking. Talking to the receptionist and cleaner, they said maintenance was not available.

The female staff member was extremely uncomfortable and raised her voice when I asked to change rooms. I feel very bad with this happens, b/c I went to Malaysia I always to book a hotel here, but this time I was disappointed with the employee 's attitude. This experience was really bad.

i've check in and left out for awhile then came back to the room.. it like someone has entered my room and smoke a ciggy there.. no security what so ever. wasted

noisy hall walk way.. comfy bed. small room for single bed.. still smokey cogar aroma when enter the room..

Terrible! Towel koyak & kotor, cupboard dah rosak, bilik busuk, sempit & bunyi bising dr restoran sebelah. Remote tv & air cond made in china, langsung x faham nak tekan apa, adehh. Hotel kedekut! Tak payah la dok sini, nanti menyesal.

Hotel reception does not record my booking information immediately, they only get the information and help us to get a room when we arrive the hotel and would like to check in for our room

A good budget hotel for a night stay. Nice Environment. Room are clean. One thing is hard to get a parking, need patient to wait for it.
