I booked the room from app but then the hotel said no available room. They refuse to give room while payment already complete. After some argument, then only they give one room to stay. Room very small with limited facilities.

Location is everything. Cleanliness is average.

The most impressive thing about this hotel will be the location. Room size is adequate I guess. There is mineral water and toothbrush pack as well. The only downside is you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. There is no elevator in the hotel.

Bad experience. Bilik kotor. Lantai berminyak. Tuala lama ade tak tukar.

bilik yang sempit tak kena dengan harga. takde kettle untuk masak air. nak air panas kena turun bawah amik dekat water filter. overall okay lah bersih.

The staff were very friendly and approchable. However, I wasn't able to sleep well due to there was loud noise (someone is drilling the wall). I didn't sleep well.

The toilet, bed sheet, pillow case, the floor, the towel and everything in a very dirty condition! I don't like it at all and this will be my last stay there.

Room is not well maintained and the towel is yellowish.

Very noisy "like renovation up and down" early in the morning.

Everything is good but we checked in 35 minutes earlier and been charged extra rm20 for it. it would be really nice if the check in rules more flexible so we customer would be more happy. Hence 4/5

The room is spacious and clean; they provide iron when you ask for it and they send it to your room the iron+iron board but they don't have elevator.

A bit expensive compared to what they serve for you.

Comfortable and conveniently located. near eatery. Would be better if the hotel has lift to the room. It would be even better if the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Something that the hotel has to work on.

Everything is perfect, just that parking lot is too limited

Semuanya awesome dan sangat selesa.

The hotel is inconvenient for elders since there is no lift to go upstairs. Requested for a morning call but it didn't actually happen.

Awesome place. Will stay again.

Free movie on demand and youtube can be view thru tv. But limited parking space.
