我今年早些時候住過這家酒店，除了大廳空調壞了、早餐種類一般之外，其他一切都還不錯。鑑於上次糟糕的早餐體驗，這次我決定不吃早餐了。我覺得他們幫我安排的房間和上次一樣。這次的情況是： 1）我打算在房間裡燒水泡咖啡。結果才剛把水倒進水壺，不到30秒，水就幾乎全部從水壺底部漏了出來。我把情況告訴了前台，10分鐘內就有人送來了新的水壺。送水壺的人告訴我，水壺旁的插座壞了。真是謝謝他了。還好房間裡插座很多。 2）我在房間的書桌前工作時，發現書桌旁的牆上有兩個插座。我插上第一個，發現沒有電流輸出。還好第二個插座是好的。 3）飯店所在區域最近安裝了收費停車系統，可以使用Touch n Go卡、信用卡或金融卡支付停車費。 Touch n Go卡可以在前台驗證，我被告知驗證後有效期為24小時。我第一次來的時候，這個停車系統還沒啟用。停車場有兩個出口。進入停車場沒有問題，但是當我從其中一個出口駛出時，停車系統卻離線了，欄桿升起，而我用來刷卡的Touch n Go卡在停車系統的觸控螢幕上沒有反應。不用說，我之後也無法用同一張卡再次刷卡。幸好我帶了第二張Touch n Go卡，我用第二張卡成功刷卡，並向前台說明了情況。他們拍了我第一張Touch n Go卡的照片，並在當晚驗證了我的第二張卡。第二天早上，我退房後開車到另一個出口，刷了我的第二張Touch n Go卡，卡里被扣除了12令吉。

The hotel view is good. Morning and night views make me relax 💖.

This hotel for some review quite good but maybe need renew in some part. Disappointed for the bathroom and environment inside the hotel. The bed sheets and the towel it was so so dull for standard 4 stars hotel. I never experienced for 4 stars hotel like this. And also variety for breakfast. I stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast for the main course was the same, almost all carbo. Totally different with the Pictures and my experienced. So better for who wants to stay bring the own towel and bed sheet.

The bed and bedsheets were not quite cleaned properly and the place is not maintained-peeling wallpaper and cobwebs on the ceiling. Food was average. And the swimming pool was under maintenance!

Room phone not connected. Once connect. Reception desk never answer. Swimming pool is only for kids. They never inform/announce in web that their outdoor pool is closed. Breakfast so dull. The manager not friendly. When you asked for omelette he said there's a fried egg. Since when omelette = fried egg?

All was ok. The room was big and nice. Wifi was working ok. The 'weaknesses' were the breakfast buffet was the same for the 2 mornings we stayed & the pool was not as big as you xpected for this kind of hotel.

This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. The hotel is nice but breakfast need to improve

Nice, clean and spacious room. Good and varieties breakfast. in my room, only need to change the shower pipe, the connector is spoil and it's cause the water flow became slower. overall, everything was good and satisfying. it's recommended for others to stay here.
