The hotel is perfect for families looking for accommodating, excellent service and classy, clean rooms and facilities. We loved our stay at Astoria Palawan. It’s a beautiful resort with great people. I received better service at this resort than a five star hotel I stayed in the night before my trip to Palawan! I would recommend this resort and I am definitely planning on returning here in the future.

The place was nice and clean. Can do many activities within the resort hotel. the down side is, their marketing strategy that would eat up 2 hours of your time that you should be spending for your enjoyment.

Most pleasant stay I ever had. Indeed, a five star hotel. The most pleasant part was, our room was upgraded to one bedroom suite for free for 4 days and 3 nights (from superior room) because our booked room has been occupied by a company beforehand although I booked 5 months earlier. Foods were very good (Buffet type). I thank you Astoria for this pleasant stay!

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent.The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing.

It was a staycation for my hubs birthday. Actually our 4th stay at Astoria. I forgot to inform and request a birthday song. I only told the staff on the breakfast buffet at the dome.. staff told me that requests like that should be a day prior so they can prepare the number of cakes needed. I told Michael (forgot his last name), he has average height and tan.. anyways. He told me they will sing a song but there was no cake cause I have not request it a night before. I told him it was ok. But a few minutes later.. they come up singing a awesome birthday dong with a cake. Yes!!!! Michael made it possible! (Yeyyy) It has been our 4th stay. But the overall staff is a big kudos to astoria. Please take care of your staffs! and thank you so much Miachael of F&B! we are so happy! My hubs is happy! ❤️🤗 til next time! Our experience in Astoria Palawan was unforgettable and worth it! We had a lot of firsts. We’ve been to diff luxury hotels, but they exceeded our expectation. 1. We had a free shuttle service back and forth, from the Airport to Astoria and vice versa. You only need to book in advance via email. 2. The staff were very welcoming and all of them will greet you even when they were no longer wearing their uniform due to EOS. 3. During check-in, they made sure that all guests were entertained. They explained the entire hotel facilities. They have a map for you to be aware of everything. 4. Spacious room and larged beds; we got 2 beds which I like the most. Big CR with bathtub and inside the room, there were 3 mirrors. Also included with 3 fruits (apple,lemon & orange) for free. 5. The entire hotel is so wide and huge. We really loved the waterpark and we enjoyed it so much. 6. They also have an entertainment area and we enjoyed playing billiards with my honey. 7. During dinner since it was Saturday, they had a live band and I got the chance to sing. And what we really liked about it was the fire dancing. We didn’t expect it and we enjoyed watching them so much, plus we were the only couple who got the chance to have a video with them while they’re dancing. 8. Sumptuous breakfast buffet. For everyone to know, they’re still under renovation, so you’ll see that the beach side is still not that picturesque. For improvement: housekeeping needs to be improved, we requested for the bathrobe and slippers, but they provided us an hour before our check-out. We need to call them twice just to have our requests. No follow-up, until the next morning which was the time of our check-out, we asked them again and said that they were out of stock that’s why we were not provided with bathrobe and slippers. Of couse, we really understand that, but a follow-up is more appreciated. Last thing was during the dinner, we had the ala carte and we requested for another 1 cup of rice. It arrived after 15-20 minutes and my hubby already lost his appetite. Other staff should learn to keep their promise and when the requests are not available, then simply inform them. Overall Experience, it was a fantastic staycation!

Excellent service from the staffs and crew! I have spent my bday here and booked 1 night but ended up staying 4 nights! We will surely be coming back with the kids!

Perfect for family getaways. We enjoyed their waterpark very much, also kayaking. Food are superb. We eat dinner while watching fire dancers and listening to their acoustic singer. We were very relaxed and stress free while we were in this hotel.

The stay was a complete package loaded with unforgettable moments, good amenities, unlimited activities, delicious foods, very accommodating staff and family-oriented resort. Will even go back for more. It exceeded my expectations.

We had indeed a very relaxing time. Food was superb esp the buffet breakfast. My kids love the waterpark. We will come back for sure!
