Not clean, very old facility and breakfast is not what I hope. But the staffs are very friendly and supportive.

The hotel has good location, the staffs were nice but the breakfast start serving at 8 am, a little late if you were there for working like me. Breakfast should starts earlier. Also the room wasn’t clean properly, there was some fruit left in the refrigerator from previous guest.

Very good location in an alley off the main road makes for a low level of noise while still very close to Bangkok city life. Friendly staff, nice room.

โดยรวมดีมากๆ แต่ ถ้าคนมีกระเป๋าเดินทางใหญ่ๆ ไม่แนะนำเพราะถ้าขึ้นชั้นสูง คุณต้องเป็นคนนำขึ้นไปเอง ไม่มีลิฟต์ พนักงานดีมากๆๆ เป็นกันเอง แนะนำ สำหรับ คนที่สนใจอยู่ใกล้สถานที่กินด้วย ดีมากๆๆๆ โดยรวมชอบมากๆๆ

Old room and facilities. No lift., I was tired to go up by stairway.

Great staff. The room is the type Thai hotel. It was great new however little maintenance now. Water damaged from the shower, aircon was very dirty. I think for the price there are much better places to stay.

I stay on the 4th floor without elevator. Well, good reason for lkttle exercise. The walk way needs maintenance as there are cracks on the steps and the handle is not right. Inside the room is clean and comfy though it smells old. The bed is so nice and I love it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Big thanks for Khun Dech. However, my check in gone wrong as they couldnt find my booking. Seems they have communication problems as they didn't receive my email confirmation even I was there amd sent twice.

แอร์ไม่เย็น ห้องเหม็นอับ ของใช้ไม่ครบ พนักงานผู้หญิงกะเช้าเหมือนไม่อยากบริการ ไม่มีความพร้อมทำงาน แต่ได้ผู้ชายกะดึกช่วยเปลี่ยนห้องให้ แอร์ดีกว่าห้องแรกที่ได้ บริการดีกว่าเยอะ ราคาไม่เหมาะสมกับสิ่งที่จะได้รับ

ฝักบัวพังค่ะ ปรับเปลี่ยนนิดนึง น้ำไม่อุ่นเลย เรื่องบริการดีมากค่ะ ภาพรวมแล้วดีค่ะ นอนสบาย มีแค่ฝักบัวที่ต้องเช็ก

ปกติเครือ Aspira จะมีมาตรฐานดีกว่านี้ น่าผิดหวังครับ

พนักงานหาว่าแฟนสูบบุหรี่ในห้องพัก ทั้งๆที่ไม่ได้สูบ แล้วมีการบอกว่าห้องข้างๆขอเช็กเอาต์ก่อนเพราะทนกลิ่นบุหรี่ไม่ได้
