I've been staying here for more than a month now. I usually pay even though some days I am not staying in the hotel. Everything was good until recently. Last Friday night before leaving for travel, I informed one of the front office staff to clean the room on Saturday (next day) and I was told OK. When I return to hotel on Monday night, I was extremely disappointed with the service as no housekeeping was done. There's cockroach, dirts and long black hairs on the floor (mostly from the accumulation from the floor mat- which they did not change or clean since I reside in this room). Hygiene in this hotel needs to be improved. Plus, the communication from the hotel rep is a bit disappointing. When I share this incident with the Supervisor, I was assured that the person will be removed but unfortunately he/she is still here. Also, I was told by the supervisor that this is a low budget/low price hotel. I agree but low price doesn't mean cleanliness and safety can to be compromised. It only tells one thing after all the bad experiences I've gone through-the management for not take feedback seriously. I was told that housekeeping will only clean your room when requested, meaning they will not enter your room until you've given them green light. I am not sure about the rest of guests but my room setup looks different before I leave and when I came back. Especially the toilet hand bidet which I've never hang up. But when I came back, it was up. I approached the housekeeping guy but he denied and pretend not to understand what I said. Only the front desk has keys/extra keys. This is not the first time people trying to force enter the room. I had the same case a week ago and it was captured in CCTV but I've promised not to share. I can only share some recent pictures. I am writing a fair review based on my weekly paid stay. I'll update if there's improvement.

Booking for triple room but there was problem with electicity in the room. Technician is not around as as such, was required to change to other room for 4 pax. End up have to top up some money. Overall, the room is clean.

It was maybe a boutique hotel before according to the nice tiles on the bedroom wall and corridors but the whole things is running down. Many big misleading amenities are announced on the app are totally untrue. The main one is this hotel doesn't run a 24/24h welcome desk. Is a curfew same as for a student dorm. You can't access or leave the hotel between 1am to 6am. Is also not "secured parking", no TV. Everything furnishings is running down and you can smell other room cigarette smell coming into your room. The staff is friendly and tried to show me a room which still have a TV but then no windows at all and jail cell size. The cleaning was bellow average. I went to buy full bedsheets set. My room was good size and window. Staff/window/size was the only 3 positive point.

Hotel bujet, harga murah, bilik cantik, sejuk, overall puas hati.

Nice with fixed price weekend will up to RM5 from weekdays friendly and secured. Nice decoration that make the room feel bigger.

Bilik yang ditempah boleh pulak bagi kat orang lain. Geram betul! Kita dah penat drive jauh2 n sampai je nak rehat tapi kena pergi tempat lain. Buang masa n tenaga. Boleh pulak pertikai booking kita. Memang menuntut kesabaran betul.

I love d interior design.. above all.. they have power points everywhere!where even some more stars hotel hardly have.. only that.. cigarette smell is quite disturbing.. food quite easy because food place is just next door n 7-11 is walking distance.. worth the price.

Room is very clean.. bed and linen done properly.. only parking area outside is very much quite due to construction area.. the name of the hotel not clear stated.. inside is written other hotel name.

Kemudahan yang kurang lengkap, selimut kecil, tiada pemanas air di dalam bilik, nama hotel berbeza dalam booking, mengalamai masalah pada mulanya untuk wave hotel, aircond xsejuk.

Everything okey...but only channel TV is so bad...picture bad...only basic TV...

This hotel location is great and it's easy to find food. The condition of room is okay but there are so many ants and not recommended to bring any food over here. There is no iron station here. Need to include iron station instead let guest to come down to the lobby and get it but at the end just exhausted due to the iron has been used by another guest. Not really secured room. Just using a key instead of card activation.
