I get unit 1 bed room type and its clean the host really nice..the staffs at front desk really helpful..I love the ambiance really like home..

It is not a hotel. It is private owned apartment rooms, so don't hope any breakfast or other services. To swim you must pay P 150 . The room is clean and has complete utensils. Washing machine, iron, stove, rice cooker, spoons, forks etc. It is very nice for long stay or with family. The check in process is quite long. The security guard will contact the room owner. The staff came and asked the passport to copy it. Beware. Take picture, since we don't know who are he/she.

Great location and complete kitchen utensils. However, aircondition had a leak and was dripping water on the floor so we had to clean the floor everytime it had a puddle of water. (unit 1033)

Actually, I had a lot of issue but I know nobody is perfect. They are just trying their best. The place is cozy and has good smell so I'm fine with it.

the room is neat and clean, but the lavatory in the restroom has clogged (whole duration of my stay) ... but it doesn't matter, it was a very nice condo to stay.

It was ok, approachable staff and nice unit. We just found some stains on the bed sheets

at first I was prepared to give a bad review as I initially texted the contact number a few hours before I arrived to ask what building the unit was at but I never got a reply. good thing when I arrived the contact guy was just there and I was checked in smoothly without any hassle and he was very helpful and informative during the whole process. the room is very clean and well maintained. I guess the only issue I have is that pool use is now additional payment unlike in the past it came with the stay (those bookings were not done using this management company or traveling). Otherwise, it was a very good experience and thank you.

the contact person who assist me is really good, they provide us details and inform on the policies. enjoyed the stay. good place to stay.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and accomodating. I have one comment though, I wasn't made aware of the WiFi password. There was no phone from room to communicate with staff, reception, or family, friends in the local community or even for food delivery.
