No reception at the front so unable to see any help. The air conditioner is terrible, the temperature of Singapore is hot already, but the hotel room even hotter. Not worth 3 star hotel at all.

The staff helpful, and the room is convenient.

As simple as it gets, nearby famous National Gallery, accessible to Clarke Quay, near MRT, clean. I've been in Amsterdam, so a tiny room is just a matter of mindset, helpful staff, overall. I'll come again next time.

This hotel is great in terms of location, near the Clarke Quay MRT station and bus stop. Quite close to a few tourist spots such as Merlion and Marina Bay Sands (around 15 minutes walk) and shopping malls. The hotel provides quite complete amenities and toiletries although more than one electric plugs would be much appreciated (even if the room is designated for 1 person). Over all, I'm quite satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

Hotel bersih dan minimalis. Dan ada bidet, susah mencari hotel yang ada bidet di singapore. Dan lokasi sangat bagus. Dekat dengan tempat makan dan mrt. Dan lingkungan aman.

Receptionist kosong, kamar juga terlalu sempit.

Comfy and super clean. All staff is very nice. The location is great there is around 7-11, Bus stop, near Clark Quay station. I will come back to stay again.

Yes, I feel interested to stay in this hotel. This room is small so it is clean and comfortable.

The room was very small and very cramped, we ask the counter if we can transfer to other even the next day they said fully book already but in their website still have vacant rooms waste of our 2 days staycation that's why we decided to transfer our 3rd day to other hotel (hotel bencoolen) which is way better than their room. We don't want to check in there anymore.

Excellent customer service from the front desk team, especially Ms. Aileen Bollo. She handled all our queries and explained very clearly. The bed is very comfy and the toilet is clean & neat.

Great location, clean and comfortable room with a nice bed. Interior decorations are also modern.

Special mention to staff Javier who was so helpful during check in. Fulfilled all my special requests. Rooms were a little run down, probably need some change in furniture. Bed was comfortable. Size was small, but expected for boutique hotels like this. Sadly, the pool at the rooftop was not open during my stay. Really wanted to take a dip. Will be back if there’s a good deal on app again!

Kamarnya bagus, bersih dan fasilitas dalam kamar lengkap hanya kamarnya sangat berukuran kecil sehingga tempat untuk menyimpan koper agak susah tapi hotelnya nyaman.
