We always enjoy our stay at Seda Makati. It's very near the Skyway Buendia Exit, so it's convenient to travel from outside Manila to the hotel and vice versa. The location is great because there are restaurants, convenience stores, and drug stores nearby. Rooms are quiet, and beds are very comfortable; that's why we love coming back here. If you need food delivered, you can meet up with the delivery service at the ground floor lobby.

Never again at this hotel. ASR hotels are way better. A long queue in almost everything from parking entrance to check-in and elevator even during check-out. I get it that it ' s a holiday but they should have anticipated and plan ahead in order to avoid long queuing. We even paid for our parking overnight worth 590 which they said is consumable (once you paid for the parking, you have to get your car out of the parking and pay then park again) at their restaurant but apparently it can be used for drinks in which coke in can is priced at 160 +. We even found a kid ' s plate and a beaded necklace at the corner of the room near the couch (which we left untouched), probably from the last guest that the staff forgot to clean which made me doubt if the room is well-cleaned. But the hotel staffs in general are nice.

This hotel is wonderful! Very clean, comfortable and welcoming staff. I highly recommend this place.

It was my partner’s birthday when we check in and I Ask the receptionist if we could do something to surprise her and she was happy when she saw the cake inside the fridge. it was the complimentary gift. Thank you me and my partner enjoy our stay. we’ll be back soon.
