lokasi hotel di depan bandara, ac dingin, tidak ada smooking room, tetapi di setiap kamar ada balcon untuk merokok, dekat dengan indomaret

Nyaman, cocok untuk staycation

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is near the airport and city center. Good for business purposes.

I booked a VIP room, but there was no hair dryer in the bathroom, even though it was stated when I booked. The AC settings don't seem to be working because I set the temperature to 28°C in fan mode and I also turned off the fan line, but it was still cold.

The staff was friendly and supportive, always ready to help.

Pros: Right outside the airport, which is extremely strategic. We originally booked adouble room, but a twin room was ready several hours before the double room was, so we decided to take the twin and they were really flexiible with this. Cons: The room had no window and was really run down, with peeling paint on the walls, mold and dirt. The bedding and towels were also stained. The bathroom was full of scale and it wasn't clean but the worst thing was the smell. It smelled so strong from the toilet cake (chemical) that even whith closed doors, the entire room reeked from it.

Hotelnya nyaman tapi sayang bagian dapur tidak bisa memperkirakan seberapa kesediaan makanan untuk para tamu, masa baru jam 08.00 makanan sudah byk yg habis, pelayanannya di restauran gak ramah dan seolah spt cuek terhadap tamu yg kehabisan makanan.. over all semua baik 👌
