We had a wonderful experience at COD. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will definitely be back. 🫶.

We enjoyed our stay. The room has elegant Japanese-inspired interior and has an awesome panoramic view of the City of Dreams pools and the Promenade. We also love the reflection of the sky on the golden facade of the buildings.

It was very relaxing and enjoyable. The food is great. The staff are courteous and very accommodating. The pool is clean. Will definitely book again.

My kids had fun during our overnight stay. We all had a restful sleep. All facilities are well-maintained. Food in the restaurant was ok. Hotel and restaurant staff were all courteous, patient and accommodating. I’ll recommend this hotel to friends!

We enjoyed our stay.. pricey but its worth..room is clean and big with a king size soft bed.. near the airport near the mall of asia and lots of restaurant inside the hotel definitely we will be coming back.

The hotel was nice and we had a great time together as we celebrated our one year anniversary. What we don't like was only the housekeeping who cleaned our room because they moved our stuff from right to left. I hope the management of the hotel would have a training on this that the housekeeping staff should not touch the belongings of their guests. It doesn't mean that we gave them a cash tips then they can do what they want with our stuff to move from here to there because as guests in the hotel we know exactly what we were doing.

The front desk agent who assisted us was nice and he gave our room right away.

We booked a room at Nobu Hotel to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. They were so sweet and warm in welcoming us. We even got a free room upgrade and a delicious chocolate cake for our anniversary. We truly appreciated such sweet gestures. Overall, our stay at Nobu Hotel was relaxing and great. We would like to stay again!

Overall experience was good, except the huge sink in the bathroom it was kind of clogged. Quite disappointing.

Stayed for a night because of a company party in nearby hotel. had to work, and this gave us an excellent WiFi connection, enough to handle our tools' bandwidth. Also, the customer service of the staff is also excellent. We asked for requests that should be non-negotiable for a hotel, but they bent their backs just for our comfort. The things we didn't like were: 1) food deliveries are not allowed inside the lobby, that we have to meet them outside, 2) maybe because it is a hotel casino, some common areas (like the elevator) smells like cigarette smoke. 3) There's no statement in advance that this hotel asks for a 5k security deposit upon check-in.

We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back. All the staffs are friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Kudos to those that we have met during our stay especially to Alyssa and Flora who assisted us upon check-in and check-out as well as to Grace who opened the door for us with her sweetest smile.

I chose City of Dreams to spend my Christmas with my best friend, the room that we got was small, and they charge too much for cutleries.

The room was great. Also the the complimentary stuff like the free fruits and several water bottles were unique to nobu.

Been with them for 3 instances, my Mom's birthday, Dad's birthday and visit of my Aunt here in PH. All experiences were timeless and always the best of the best that's why we keep coming back. Great staff and very accommodating and respectful. Nice ambiance truly worth all the money spent with family. Will definitely be going back again again.
