Front office double charge me of the food ive already paid. Thankfully I tried to ask why my room bill was that hight when I only consumed a juice and bottled water. I also ask for a room transfer because I couldt sleep of the noise and they said they will inform me but nobody called me up until I checked out.

The room reservation is not the same with what is in the actual due to the poor dissemination of all incoming information/messages from the outgoing duty front desk personnel to the incoming duty front desk personnel.

Great location, near Robinsons mall with ample parking space. The room amenities are nice, cozy bed, clean comfort room with hot and cold shower plus a mini bar. Great value for money.

The only complaint that I have is when we booked the hotel. We expected that we've given two beds but it came out a matrimonial bed. Then another one is that we booked for 3 guests but it came out 2 guests have been booked. So we need to request for additional bed and additional payment for extra person.

Westown Hotel Lacson St: insects in the sink upon checking in No flat sheet, only comforter on top of the bed, when asked for extra sheet, they denied customer's request. Only 2 outlets available What if I have 4-5 devices that need charging?
