Great staff, very Hospitable! They promptly attended to all our needs i.e., parking assistance, transfer to standard room, room service delivery of dinner and breakfast meals, opened the locked CR door, to name a few. Minor improvements on turning the pool into hotspring, water shower temperature was difficult to mix. Aside from the latter, we had an awesome experience at Makiling Onsen. :)

The onsen bath was everything. Perfect after the awesome and tiring falls hopping in Laguna. The food was great. The hotel is clean and well managed. Staff are attentive and accommodating. Superb stay¡¡¡

My family enjoyed the family room that includes an onsen inside the room itself. Everything was great except for the sink in the bathroom. The water took a longer time before it drains. So I had to use the faucet from the shower area when brushing my teeth or washing my face.

Good place with a lot of activities!

Food was affordable, travel time is fine quite near with uplb

The couch is nice and there is a toilet seat

The whole experience was really great and we would definitely love to come back. I specially love the onsen bath!!
