Friendly staff, has an elevator, live the breakfast buffet. When you ride a taxi the guard gives you info about the taxi for security purposes.

The room I saw online versus the actual one not the same. That's why I got it for I thought me & my 3 kids will be ok. For we always in your hotel family room, but online its fully booked and even on the day we arrived. We still got the room putting one extra single bed in the middle. Sorry we didn't take pictures for my kids don't feel having it. It's ok we had a good overnight sleep.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

There was no toothbrush and toothpaste and also no wifi. Poor service.

The lobby was nice and the staff were good too. The only thing that I did not like was the bathroom, the toilet flush was broken and no pail nor dipper to help me with so, I opened the top part of the toilet to manually pull the flush lever and the toilet cover for the flush was made of plastered wood it might have had a broken original cover. The tiles were grimy and the smell had a stench. The food for breakfast was plentiful and average taste.

Good location but service was not that good. The TV and phone was not working. No doormats provided. The room was for 2 but only 1 outlet for us to charge our phone. We arrived at around 8pm and i was really in need of a flat iron or pressing service since my appointment was early AM the next day but they didn't have any explaining that the service already closed. So had no choice but wore my wrinkled business attire

Staff is very helpful from front desk to housekeeping. The breakfast service is fantastic. Location of hotel is great for shopping.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic goes beyond what I expect from a budget hotel. My wife and I always stay their when in the city.

We had a fine stay at this hotel. Only that.. they don’t have a large bed instead of 2 twin beds.. The rooms are not soundproof. Breakfast was great. Reasonable for its price.

No phone. Receptionist told us to "dial 0 if you need anything". When we get to the room there was no phone/unit. I went back to the receptionist "it's under repair mam" "okay if it's under repair, where's the phone, i mean the unit?" "there's a phone in the hallway" Well, I cannot find one in the hallway. Have to call for assistance in using the television. Very poor quality. Personnel are quite okay. Food is quite okay for the price.

Staffs were so impolite. Special request wasn’t granted to have a double bed instead of 2 single beds. Food was okay but staffs almost didn’t allow us to eat breakfast even if it was just 9:40am because they said breakfast is only until 10am.

It was a late check in 12.30am since my flight was delayed, when I arrived I stayed 1 min waiting someone to help me discharging my luggage or someone will come to ask whatsoever... but nothing... the security just look at discharging my 3 big luggages without any help... I'm so tired and sleepy that time. there are 5 personal inside but no one great me good evening or good morning, It feels like I am not welcome and everyone is busy playing their mobiles... in front of reception counter, the lady that in front of me she didn't even look at me so I decide to speak first and talk the lady beside her. even her she didn't smile at me and assist my needs... I don't expect any nice and clean room... I'm expecting nice and well hospitable personnel in simple things makes a good impact of the hotel...

I definitely left my 2 anklets which was some kind of special to me. Hope you can find it in room.

affordable clean rooms. has basic beds and TV in the room. no exhaust in the toilet. accessible if your heading to Robinson's and Pier.

Staff and location are great. Room a/c needs improvement. Breakfast is definitely a good one.

Everything about our stay was great! Looking forward to staying here again.
