AC took some time to cool the unit. The auto timer was turned off in the middle of the night. Was a bit uncomfy and sweating that I have wake up and manually turn it on again.

Had fun with our stay here. Honestly it was because of Issa and darrel and the one upstairs who asked if my kid will take a swim and said that he'll close the curtain for privacy since they have an event. I simply cant recall the name of the guy. They are really nice. 😁😁😁

A 4-star hotel with an exemplary service. I admire the kindness of every staff of this hotel. From the moment we got off the grab car to getting our cab going home. We also enjoyed the amenities: Wifi - super fast; Bed - so comfortable; Bathroom - relaxing; AC-worked perfectly; Toiletries, towels, bath robes, slippers - all included; Decoration - an experience of vintage meets modern design; they're using reclaimed wood furniture to help with our environment. Organic materials. No plastic.; Ambiance - woody and minty aromas. Perfect for relaxing mood; Food - choice of set meal with varieties of breads and fruits. Not your usual buffet breakfast. Location - within the heart of Quezon City. So many restaurants around. Value for money - Not so expensive. Worth it! All in all, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. We'll surely come back for another staycation and probably for a longer stay. Thank you, Cocoon Boutique Hotel!

I love everything about Cocoon. From the complimentary Spa, tothe food and staff. The staff are so nice! They are super nice and accommodating as compared to other hotels nearby. Best hotel experience! I love the hallway, the breakfast, their food. I ordered their pasta and they taste so good!! (Not to mention big serving). I also love the room!! I’m quite claustrophobic but the room is super okay with me in terms of space. They have a bathtub which I mostly enjoyed. And this is actually the first time I ever slept this good. I felt like I slept for whole 9 hours when it was just 6 hours. Very comfortable! I feel safe in Cocoon. This is the best hotel in QC so far.

Excellent customer service!! It was definitely worth it as the rooms are spacious with bath tub as a plus! Loved the complimentary pampering session. Breakfast was yummy!

Courteous staff and great overall service. Thanks, guys! We also like their 'Green' initiative of reducing their trash/plastic footprint. Pool was not available during our stay though and there was barely hot water in the shower before our checkout.

The services from the staff were exceptional especially Mikee. The location was near to many dining establishments in Tomas Morato. I loved the bathtub. There's even a complimentary 15-minute foot massage.
