The room is clean and nice atmosphere around the area, fresh air, with birds singing and farm was great. Food portion may be needs to improve a bit, as when couple go there, they do not wish to waste too much food. Lunch and dinner serving is too big portion. E.g. Couple with 2-3 dishes is enough. Now they are serving 5-7 dishes for couple to enjoy it. At the end, waste a lot of food.

The chalet was very clean and cosy. The farm tour and night tour were fun and exciting. Customer service was good. It is overall a fruitful experience for me and my family.

The stay was awesome and we had a wonderful experience. My daughter had a great learning journey at the farm with the animals and nature.

It was an great experience for both the kids & parents, definitely will be back again.

Fun for family but weak in wifi.

A short getaway. However, the drive in is a bit muddy if raining. Red dirt road for 6km. Resort staffs are really nice and obliging. Recommended for a 1 night stay.

The place is awesome, really suitable to the family vacation specially for kids. Just the room may improve to avoid the incoming insect at night.

Suggest to provide transportation to and from between Kluang bus terminal and UK farm.

Exciting experience with family

It was a good experience for my kid.

There were lots to do at the resort, service was great. Its very suitable for families with younger kids.

Fun and interesting programmes all arranged in the package. The children enjoyed the stay very much.

Staff was friendly and prompt in service. Place is very cleaned.

It was a good get-a-away generally. My kids love the guided tour. The meals served were generous, fresh and sumptuous! We were able to have WiFi almost everywhere in the resort. The only set-back was the route into the resort from the main road. The route was about 5km on rough terrain with small rocks, and it was quite hazardous for our car.

Basic clean room, cosy and comfort. BBQ dinner was great but not much seafood choices. Overall a good choice for staycation at a very different experience
