The room is so creepy and it is so dusty, but the very big disappointment is their water, it is yellow and it smells bad, you will totally waste your money because after one day of staying, you will definitely find another hostel. I doubt if you can even last a day. Ciao!

every single drop of water is color brown smell of the area smells like a prisoners cabin no front desk to assist tried different room - same issue. aircon is not working properly no towel had to go to diff in same night. cant stand to stay on this crappy place

The room is very differrent from the picture. The restroom smells and the water itself is not clean. We were initially advised that we just need to let it flow and wait for about 30mins but still the same thing.

the room, floor and toilet are not clean. the aircon we not satified. it is not ok for us.

Everything was a mess on this property. Do not stay here unless you want to have a dengue.

The hotel staff did not know what to do. The comfort room was very questionable and to a point disfunctional. The doorknob's keyhole got broken and it had to be replaced. No sockets inside the room. It is okay for sleeping but I hold great regard to my comfort room.

lesson for this.. lalo n s bagong katulad nmin n nag travel.. wag basta basta papatol s murang hotel nag sayang kmi ng pera for this hotel. hnd malinis madumi ang tubig pinka malala wlang outlet n pwd mag charge n pinka importante pag nag travel kailngan always full charge ang battery ng cp at camera but the worst thing wla kming ngawa kya nag palipas kmi ng isang gv nag tiis kmi.. s mabahong unan nila... as in! sobrang baho.. i dont want to recommend this hotel for you guys.. kinabukasan... kht mahal.. lumipat kmi s mas maayos at mgandang hotel at yun ang south anchorage hotel.. thumbs up! aq.. dun.. dhl s ganda ng view s upper deck nila.. kita buong mountain ng el nido.. so.. be careful s pag pili ng hotel.. kesa masayang yung pera..

The hostel looks creepy, the water smells like septic tank that you can’t even take a bath and so untidy. The price is so cheap but not convenient. 😥

Worst budget lodge I’ve ever had! There were cockroaches all over the place. Especially on the bed!!! The bedding were old. And the comfort room has cockroaches as well! It was very frustrating, since we were expecting at least, a clean room. We were so tired from traveling from Bacolod to Manila to Puerto Princesa to El Nido, and we came to this mess. Thumbs down!!!!

Nice and clean rooms with great rates! Very hospitable staffs and great tours! I had the tour A and C, and both was superb!

Very cheap,clean room, friendly and accommodating staff.. Very good location.. it was in the heart of El Nido...just walking around .. but one thing's not right.. It was the water.. hoping the owner will provide good water supply for their guest.. but still I enjoyed being with Alexzus.. 😁

Do not stay here. Not worthy of the money 1. The room and restroom are both dirty. Has flies, mosquitoes, spiders and roaches. 2. Water is dirty as well. Smells likes a rusty iron bar, yellowish in color. 3. Very noisy environment. 4. Unprofessional receptionist.

It was a disgusting experience, the f**k*** lodge is full of rats and cockroaches. And the room is not the one in the website, it was a total mess. The water is not clean and it stinks d**n it. We even have to go outside and purchase mineral water to take a f**k*** bath for our entire stay in that bl**dy room. I want a god d**n refund our trip was a f**k*** mess

The rooms are not clean. Many molds. The water of the shower smells rust and stings the eyes ... A lot of noise and no respect for others. Cleaning in the common areas is not done. Shower and toilet not clean. The staff sleeps behind the counter and understands nothing !! WiFi is bad.
