I requested for a room change since my current room has cockroaches and mosquitos and the flush on the toilet was not working properly. At 9 am, I already advised them regarding my request and they confirmed that there are already rooms available. The front desk said that they will be calling me. Around 11 am, I went downstairs to the front desk to follow up regarding my request, they advised that the room will be ready by 12:30. By 12:30pm I went downstairs to get my keycard for my new room however the room was not yet ready. I waited for almost an hour and followed up the front desk multiple times until it was almost 1:30 pm. This was very inconvenient for me as I had a scheduled meeting at 1pm. And also when I arrived at Dec. 8, 2021 I already requested for the shuttle service to the airport for Dec. 11,2021 and they confirmed. But during Dec. 11, 2021 Saturday in the morning, I was advised by the driver if I need the shuttle service to the airport and I confirmed. A few minutes later, the front desk talked to the driver and later on the driver advised that the van was not available as instructed by the front desk. This is very disappointing since the driver advised me beforehand that everyday he goes to the Tuguegarao airport for the shuttle service. In my opinion the front desk really needs improvemnt and be reminded that guest satisfaction should be the top priority specially in the Hospitality industry.

the hotel was very comfortable, clean and the staff are helpful.

room was very clean and a pleasant stay overall. some minor issues like the bedside table drawer not staying closed, and the bathroom mirror being stained with what seems to be old sticker marks. but aircon was cool, shower worked well with adequate pressure, bed was nice and firm and sheets felt very clean.

I liked the safety of the hotel, very clean and comfortable professional staff, welcoming and friendly. Great food! breakfast, lunch, dinner 😍

Front desk is not accommodating. They seem not willing to help when we got an issue with the inclusions in voucher. We end up paying the extra breakfast for the third guest which supposed to be already included on our payment as what showed on the confirmation. Not attentive to guest's concerns. They are not approachable. No guard on duty at 4 AM. No mirror in the room, while there are lots of it in every hallway. Room is too small for 3 guests (please don't offer this room for triple share).

The toilet flash is not working and there was no rags/mat in the bathroom, but over all it was a great stay. It is my 2nd time to stay into this hotel. Crews and employees are always friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the airport which is another good thing. It is in the heart of the city, very close to everything you need. Keep up the good work guys I will for sure stay with you again in my future visit to cagayan valley.
