Bad service and dirty room, staff just doing their own stuff, never reply to guest enquiries.

Air-condition not functioning well! The room was sooo small. N the shower holder already loose. No lift as well make me difficult to carry my big bag.

Standard rooms are way smaller than how they look in the photos, you can barely put your stuff without cramping. Single bathroom is super small, fits only for toilet. I could feel the spring of the bed so it's not comfortable. I won't recommend this hotel, you can find better ones with similar price. If you're desperate, then you could try. AC and hot water worked fine.

This is "oyo" hotel. Next time please write down oyo johnshun hotel. People always had bad experience with oyo. This room really not suitable for me with one baby. Dirty and dusty everywhere. Bathroom dirty also. Yeah it's really cheap but I am not prefer this kind of room. Better pay more but clean. Please write down "oyo johnshun hotel" next time.

Last time book standard double room very small and the staff told next time if want the bigger room book the deluxe room. And i came again and book the deluxe room but still get the same small room like standard room but with window and more expensive.

Bilik sangat kecil, semasa saya datang, sejadah x disediakan, tiada ruang untuk solat.

Room was dirty. Floor was not swept. Bed sheet had stains and hair. The bathroom had soap residue from previous tenant.
