Overall, my experience was okay. I stayed here for 3 nights and 2 of the 3 nights, I didn't have water. The pipe was not working correctly so I did not have water to shower for almost 2 days. I felt icky and frustrated. My first day there, in the midst of brushing my teeth, the water went out. I made a complaint to the hotel and the manager was trying to compensate us by taking off our dinner bill and riding to the airport. I was not close to what we had to go through during my vacation because we wasted a lot of our time waiting for the water to be fixed (3x) and it delayed our schedule to other things that we wanted to do. However, the manager tried his best to compensate for the unforeseen circumstances. So Overall, the stay was okay. My experience with the staff is pleasant. The food was decent. The view is definitely a 4.5 stars rating view. The room I would rate 3.5 stars. One other thing that I didn't think about when booking was how much time it would take for us to take the boat to go into town. Because the boat leaves every 30 minutes, we had to schedule everything accordingly or we would have to wait for the next boat. This is something for you to think about if you are not staying for at least 1 week. Then you would need to plan everything accordingly in order to fully enjoy all of the wonderful activities.

พนักงานคนไทยเลือกที่จะปฏิบัติมาก ตอนเย็นไปนั่งดื่มที่บาร์ก็ไม่มีพนักงานสนใจมาจัดหาที่ให้ว่าตรงไหนว่างไม่ว่าง ทำหน้ามึนยืนเฉยๆ ถามคำก็พยักหน้าที นั่งแล้วก็ต้องร้องขอเมนู เมนูมาดูเสร็จก็ก็ต้องเรียกหาเพื่อจะสั่ง เรียกมาก็มองดูเหยียดๆ มีแต่พนักงานบางคนที่น่ารัก ตอนเช้าทานอาหารเช้าก็เจอแบบเดิมๆ เหมือนจะถูกอบรมมาแบบเดียวกัน ลุงคนทอดไข่น่ารัก พนักงานบางคนน่ารัก และน้องรีเซฟชั่นน่ารัก ส่วนคนที่ร้านอาหารทั้งกลางวันกลางคืนแย่มาก ในส่วนของวิลล่าดีค่ะ

Room not ready for check-in, and then not very clean when released to us. Tried to arrange a snack while waiting, and then over 90 min wait for food. Still killing time, but extremely limited shopping distractions and spa basically non-existent. Almost no local staff, and overrun with loud, rude ‘gangs’ of tourists. Couldn’t get out soon enough, and definitely could not recommend this place to any friend or colleague.

The experience from start to end was so bad, my International VIP guests chose to cut short their fully paid holiday to leave the resort early and stay at another property. Excessive waiting for the smallest requests, intermittent service and amenity availability, periods of no aircon, no water, no nothing. ‘Sea Views’, was more like “Sea Glimpses”, and only then with some fine gymnastic skills. Room (2brm Sea View, Pool Villa), was not clean on arrival, and the general lack of facilities made the isolation more like imprisonment than luxury seclusion. Could not possibly recommend this resort for other guests, even if they’re not the ones paying.
