The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel upgraded our room. Also, the receptionist (I think the owner too) was considerate enough to buy our breakfast from halal vendors even though they had their own cafe. The bed sheets were clean. Satisfied. The cons, there were many temples here, plus it's chap goh meh, so quite jammed during night time. Also, parking quite limited, but sufficient.

Happy to have stayed in the rooms which were clean and neat. Receptionists were very friendly. The Inn is in a strategic location to Kek Loke Si, Penang Hill as well as eateries like the market & hawker centres. Of course those foods are yummy. No regret and will book the same Inn for next visit.

Kamar nya luas untuk keluarga yg membawa anak² sarapan pagi nya juga enak dan banyak pilihan. Dekat dengan pasar air itam dan kuil kayak lok si, staff dan management hotel nya juga friendly, pokoknya puas dan nyaman menginap disini terimakasih buat Traveloka yg buat liburan kami menyenangkan.

Dekat dengan Ke Lok Si dan Penang Hill, dekat dengan halte juga dan dekat dengan tempat makan.

The location is convenience & good. Suggest the breakfast times to serve early, it should start from 7am

The room comfy like home my children like it, the location very strategic near kek lok si, penang hill also a lot of delicious food around. Breakfast OK. But I don't understand about the gov tax the receptionist asked for 32 ringgits for two rooms when I paid they didn't give me the receipt. Next day I checked in at Bayview beach hotel and Gurney Resort they only asked 13 ringgits for one room.

Menu sarapannya asal jadi, dan tak sesuai dengan apa yang di pesan.

The room look exactly same as the picture, it's confortable, the AC also cool, the bathroom spacious and really clean. The room have a nice view, since we can see kek lok si and kuanyin statue from room window. The breakfast and food are deciouse. They also have well trained and friendly helper. The only thing to remember which really important, you must bring international adapter since they only have malaysia style socket.

Poor service of rude receptionist and the free breakfast was served very late at 9am.

Spacious family room. Walking distance to Penang Hill. Only 4 parking lot available for customers

Strategic location, right in the middle of Kek Lok Si, Ayer Itam Laksa, Sister Curry Mee (walking distance), Bukit Bendera (by car within 10 mins). But poor soundproof.

Kamarnya bagus. Suasananya enak dan dekat dari Kek Lok Si Temple.

Limited parking space. Room not provide slippers & laundry bag with this price range.
