我非常喜歡在五月花萬豪公寓的住宿體驗！房間寬敞明亮，一塵不染，設施齊全，讓我住得非常舒適。從高層房間俯瞰城市美景，尤其是在夜晚，景色更是令人嘆為觀止。 飯店員工的服務真的非常棒——他們總是面帶微笑，熱情周到。早餐也很美味，飯店的地理位置對於商務旅遊或休閒度假來說都無可挑剔。這裡真的讓我感覺像家一樣溫馨舒適。下次來雅加達，我一定會再入住！

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt so fresh and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby. Everything about the space made me feel relaxed and at home. Highly recommend!

Staff was good and friendly but check in at around 4 PM, we still had to wait for the room. Both beds were getting old, too soft or not firm enough. The fridge was not cold. The bottom of the beds were very dusty. Compliments to Syamsul from HK who was very accommodating and quick to serve.

Room-wise, very spacious and good. Water heater took some time to heat the water. We got one pillow a little bit smelly.

Selalu nginep di sini kalau ke Jakarta, harga affordable untuk kelas Marriott, dekat ke mana-mana dan semua staff helpful dan ramah yang pasti. Jadi, enggak perlu diragukan lagi.

I had booked a room, but the staff informed me that it wasn't ready yet and that I would need to wait for an hour without any prior notice. This led to a tense situation where my parents nearly argued with the staff due to the lack of clear communication. Aside from this issue, everything else was perfect!

pelayanan sangat bagus, staff nya semua ramah, kamar luas dan bersih. perlengkapan dapur lengkap dan bersih.

Sangat enak kamar dan tempat tidurnya. Saya bisa tidur enak. Staff sangat baik. Tetapi ada suara mesin cuti malam-malam dan pagi dari kamar lain. Amenities tidak cukup…. Kamar mandi drain nya sangat mampu jadi tidak bisa keluar air…. Ampun.

Bagus untuk kamat di pusat kota dengan pemandangan baik
