location hotel is ok, very clean, but the room is small.

I forgot to take photo of the room since my room is so crowded with just only 1 medium baggage and added at the last day 1 box for my ole2.. actually I requested for twins bed because the options doesn’t have any twins bed only double bed, so I thought maybe they don’t have any but then I saw when the house keeping was cleaning another room and it has twins bed so they just doesn’t want to give it to me or it’s full or just don’t care about my req. And the view is terrible because they gave me the room at the end next to emergency stair so what I can see is next door building and passage way. But they do have a big bathroom with hot water so it’s a plus but they don’t change the tissue roll cause when I arrived the tissue is only half left and a new roll aside. No complimentary drinks like coffee or tea, so if you need water (hot or cold) you could get it from the dispenser near the lift. There’s water kettle, 2 cups, 1 pitcher that you could use. There’s no toiletries like tooth brush or tooth paste so you need to bring your own but they do give you shampoo and soap even though I don’t know which is which.. and I don’t know why there’s no jet spray head, so you have to open and close the lid every time you want to use it. For the breakfast, it’s not like what I used to know like buffet where you can get anything you want, so they prepare you 8 menus that you can choose it’s include tea or coffee and you can take it to your room. I think they charge you if you want to take it out cause the waiter told me I’m gonna need to pay 1 rmb but then when I want to pay he changed it to 2 rmb (I’m with my mom so I think it’s 1 rmb per person). I chose soft boiled eggs (2 eggs) but it’s really watery and it’s been seasoned with salt and pepper so the taste is good just the appearance not appetizing. The location is good next to sunway plaza and surrounded with restaurants, cafes, minimarket, pharmacy, and i chose here because it’s near sunway medical center.

Staf hotel baik, ramah banget, kita tanya mereka membantu kita sangat. Yang perlu diperhatikan yakni sekadar saran saja: 1. Kalau bisa peralatan sikat gigi dan pasta gigi. 2. Dispenser tiap lantai ada biar nggak capek naik turun. Selama saya menginap semuanya baik, kebersihan, lokasi strategis, depan ada mal, sebelah 7-Eleven, samping hotel ada toko obat.

Quite impressive. The room is good and clean as advertised. The location is superb. A walking distance to the Sunway Pyramid (less 50 meter away). The breakfast also fantastic and it come from the famous ABC nasi kandar beside this hotel. The only problem is the parking. Even though there are lots of public parking around the hotel but it is always full especially during Sat-Sun (it is free parking during weekend..TQ MPSJ). Last weekend, I need to drove around the location for several times until got the empty parking space.

As a compact traveler, it will be appreciated if hotel can provide sanitary kit, small toothpaste and brush as usual. Though it's unknown if their soap is fine for sensitive skin please give clue which one is soap or shampo on the dispenser. If any broken parts in the hotel room please quickly fix it not put tissue on pick hole door to replace. In these way as customer paid not only room but facility n service during stay even in a glimpse. Because I am surveying which hotel best for me to stay time to time while my son start going university in Malay next year. It's a shame I expected it will be one of the option. So yes, please improve not only good pictures.

Kamar bersih dan rapi. Saya mengambil tipe family room. Cukup baik untuk tempat beristirahat.

Convenient area and walking distance.

Staff very friendly, near to the airport, near to food shops, near to the shopping mall, Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Park, completely near to every spot. The room is also clean, good, and affordable. Can enjoy night and day time. All spots can get by walk only. Cheap, nearby, and easy, just walking around. You must try and prove it by yourself.

Good hotel for the price. I will stay at this hotel for my next trip.

Convenient and near to the shopping mall.

Pesan kamar tidak sesuai yang digbr, minta yang double bed tp katanya tidak ada. Proses check in dan check outnya mudah, ada pajak turis rm 10/malam, deposit 50RM, disediakan juga refill air minum, hotelnya lumayan bersih, stafnya lumayan ramah. Lokasinya bagus berhadapan dengan mall, samping hotel ada 7eleven

Ukuran kamar besar dan nyaman, ke mall sunway pyramid hanya menyeberangi jalan, jalan sekitar hotel juga terang dan aman

Buruk sekali dinding kamarnya sudah ngupas-ngupas. AC nya juga berisik. Sayangnya baru ketahuan suara AC itu setelah beberapa saat dan terlanjur baring-baring di kasur. Jadi ga enak mau minta tukar kamar lain. Cuma ke mall sunway emang dkt banget sih tinggal nyeberang jalan aja.
