I stayed for four days. Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned up by the beginning of the third day. On the fourth day, I had to call the reception to ask for the room to be cleaned.

We had a pleasant stay. Huge room. Good location. Friendly Staff. Buffet breakfast was awesome. But, wifi connection wasn't that stable. Still, recommended.

Room was very spacious! The kids love it. Food during breakfast was delicious. There were welcome drinks. There was also a 2K deposit which was understandable. Hope this also gets indicated in the site cause what if we had no cash and we don't do cards? There was a play area for kids that kept them busy for most of our stay. The pool for kids was also good. They provided towels as well. Good move.

We booked for 2 nights to celebrate my partner's birthday and it was an awesome stay. The hotel is flawless, from the lobby up to the room. Kudos to their friendly and courteous staff who never fail to greet their guests. The room was perfect - the furniture were laid out perfectly, the room as well as the bath were spacious and tidy. The linens and towels are clean. The cable tv channels were not that clear, but you would not mind at all as the room is also equipped with Bluetooth/alarm/fm radio speaker where you can listen to your favourite tunes. You can hear noises from the ongoing construction at the hotel but was not an issue as it was not happening very often. The buffet breakfasts were superb. You would not even feel that you are eating breakfast because of their food choices, which were quite similar if you are eating a lunch buffet on other restaurants.Their pool was great too. They also have a gym right beside it, perfect for those who want to keep their bodies in shape after eating their delicious meals. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and will surely be coming back here very soon!

I am very disappointed on how we are treated especially on their garden cafe.

1. Bad customer service: - guards will not guide you where to park - they will not give you carts for your bag if you don''t ask, even if it''s obvious that you need it. 2. False advertisement: - they advertised that breakfast is free for 12 years old and below but they said 6 to 12 should pay half the price and only 6 below is free. 3. Amenities: - outdoor pool is not heated, shower is cold. 4. Food and place is not worth the price.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I love the pool.

I was disappointed at first because our room was in the highest floor. But then, Our room was so nice, spacious and clean (exactly how it looks in the photos on their website). However the tv is an old model and we’re not able to watch the movies and series we brought using our external drive. Hotel staff are nice and accommodating. I think the reception area should be improved. Food is a bit pricey :))

Room was big enough for the family, FO is very helpful and polite. It was just only 4 person per room can use the pool at the same time. So if you have visitors you cant swim all together. House keeping took a while before your request was given. Massage was great.

Check out was too slow had to wait. 10 minutes for confirmation that nothing was consumed.
