Good location. Good breakfast. Coffee is always available complimentary. 🙁 Looks like an old building under construction 🤔 We booked for 2 nights but, on the second day we asked for new towel and was refused. We were told only 1towel every 2 days and no make up room available on your second day of stay etc 😕 That guy/gay rolled his eyes when I kindly asked for new towel. Staff are way too loud chatting, laughing. They don't bother if there's a guest around😕

The bathroom smelled like sewage.

The hotel is good. But some rooms have problems on cellphone signal... The only way to comunicate is through online wich is sometimes the connection is poor. You have to go outside just to have a good signal.

Tho the mansion is quite old already, for me this is still a good deal plus the owners are helpful. It's only a few minutes walk from the island hoping port. Fast wifi also and reasonable food options

We book on the hotel for 3 nights however we decided to stay only for 1 night since the weather in elnido is bad and the hotel itself is stressful during our stay. The hotel is flooded, there are some works all around the hotel. the electricity is on and off also the water is color yellow, there is a hot shower and it’s not working. we also reported our room as we’ve seen snake beside the aircon. When someone has check it. It’s seems like they don’t believe us. Staff also are not accommodating. We payed for 3 nights on the max of 2 guest since we are three they are costing us for an extra charge but then since we clarify on the night that we have arrived they said that it is okay to have an extra person with no cost. Since breakfast is included we payed for the extra person. But the food is not worth it at all. The only good thing is that they have a free coffee. But then there is no water provided to us. Instead of staying here for 3 nights we just donate our 2 nights left.

It’s not that really bad stay as others have experienced. + Clean. Accommodating staff. Free breakfast. Free coffee anytime. Functional air conditioner - No internet/data connection. Construction site (but we were not disturbed). We didn’t used any of the common spaces, we prefer to stay in room.

Good service but bad WiFi connection.

The place was clean, despite having construction happening inside the hotel's vicinity. However, there was some bad smell coming from the back.
