We stayed from Dec 29 and check out on Jan 3. Clean room and friendly staff. Overall it was a good stay. We just had a little bit of an issue getting the wifi pw from the frontdesk everyday. We stayed for 5 nights and we had to get the PW daily. Something they might want to change. And 1 of the security guard assigned during our first 2 night stay was not helpful and was even dismissive. We were asking to be assisted on the parking he just said it was full and we should just look for another area to park our car. We asked if he can recommend a place he said it was up to us because he cant help. He was rude. Something that might change our mind on staying again and the same reason why I am rating service as unsatifactory. But the other guard on our 3rd day onwards was more helpful and respectful.

The hotel is clean and had a satisfying stay. I was just a bit worried about the window of our room as it has no fix lock and we are in the 3rd floor. I had to keep an eye on my child (5 years old) to not look and open it accidentally.

We only had a problem about the aircon because it wasn't working properly. Also suggesting to expand the breakfast menu.

Approachable and kind frontdesk officers

This hotel deserves a 3 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Breakfast included already. No need to go outside and look for food. Centrally located and closed to bus terminal. What is best about it is the airport shuttle. We felt like we booked a luxurious stay because there is someone waiting for us upon arrival at the airport. So awesome. Would be better if they have the elevator working because the breakfast is located on the 4th floor and we need to take damn stairs and I have a baby with me. No wifi the time we stayed as well. But we would stay here again.

It was an amazing experience, however the elevator is not working and we had a hard time bringing to and from our room in the 4th floor. Internet stopped working on the day before our check out

The hotel is in the middle of the city, they also provide free airport transfers to and from the hotel. Our stay was great. However the elevator is not working and there is no sign that it will be working soon since no one is fixing it. Staying in the 4th floor with heavy luggages is a pain.

Convenient location. The place is clean and the staff are accommodating. They even allowed us to check in early without extra payment.

First off this is a budget hotel so expect less. The first room that they gave me was still uncleaned. Apparently,they lack proper system in who's assigned to clean rooms. Had to go back to Customer Service to inform them. Then, room two they have it looked before I went to the room but unfortunately still uncleaned as well. On the third room, when I went there they are still cleaning the room. I waited and watched, saw one person cleaning the glass (for drinking) using only dirty hand towel which he eventually used for cleaning the sink top. Did not use the Glass during stay. (It looks clean but don't use it.) Lastly, The elevator was broken so had to take the stairs to 4th floor. Overall, the place is nice and seems clean. The location is good and near establishments.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, very clean & comfortable hotel. they offer free airport shuttle from Naga Airport to Hotel and vice versa and upon arrival at the airport we were warmly welcomed by the staff. I would definitely comeback and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Budget friendly hotel plus with free breakfast. Very near to SM and Bus Terminal. Very Recommendable.

Excellent room for an excellent price. Room rate in the official website was a bit higher but the app gave me a good deal. I booked the Deluxe Twin Room and I was very satisfied as the room is very spacious and look exactly as it is in the photo displayed in the App. Thanks to the app as I was able to book it at a cheaper price plus the promo code even made it very helpful to me as a solo traveler since it helped me save more money. I would greatly recommend the CBD Hotel if you are in Naga. And book it through the app since tye projected price is all in already no more plus plus. Very easy and user friendly app for everyone.

Clean hotel and pleasant staff. Good for a few days stay if you are looking for a place near the business district of Naga City

While the room was excellent, the water suddenly turned dirty. It was a nightmare. No notice of tank cleaning.

The location is bad. They don't have proper smoking area. The don't even have a proper breakfast room. They modify 2-3 guest rooms into breakfast room. The food is bad. You can't expect anything. The chef is poor. I order omelet, they give me fried eggs. Next day, I order fried eggs, they give me scramble eggs. The house keeping take our foot towel away. So everyday I have to ask a new one. And they give me new but dirty one. After two days, they've never came to clean up our room until the day I checked up. After all, this is budget hotel. You must ready to face these facts if you choose to stay here. So definitely, I don't recommend this hotel if you choose to bring your family.

it's an awesome modern hotel. everything was clean and well provided. the staff were courteous and the location was close to malls and transport. definitely worth it.

Good. But security is bad! There was a riot going on last dec 31st in front of cbd but the guard did not do anything. We were about to park in front of the hotel but instead immediately moved out of the way due to rocks and bottles being thrown from both sided. My car was almost hit. I just hope security and safety would be increased in the area. Specially for guests.

Budget friendly accommodation, great customer service. Conveniently very near SM Naga. Free breakfast was also good.

I love staying there. I will come back soon.
